Really disappointing that nothing came of this and when I asked CS if there would be any compensation for the live line outages, they straight up lied and said there were no issues and because of that, no compensation. Like we’re the crazy ones making up site issues because we have nothing better to do with our time,
I think the thing we all need to realize is that Bovada doesn’t think there is an issue
That’s been pretty abundantly clear from the beginning so there’s really no point on expecting anything to come off this in regards to comp or even in regards to them fixing it
There are only 2 scenarios at play here
- The tech people really truly can’t recreate the issue. In which case they can’t fix anything of they don’t know what it is
Or
- They can recreate it but they don’t know what’s causing it or they do know and the fix would cost them more money than what they’re losing now by the players being inconvenienced
In either event i don’t think we can expect it to be resolved
There’s no reason it would’ve lasted 13 days now if they could see it and easily fix it
We probably all need to make our peace with this being how the live lives are going to work for the foreseeable future and either play elsewhere or just be ok with the abysmal functionality here
There’s also really no point in continuing to ask the mods what’s going on because the answer is nothing and will continue to be nothing in perpetuity. Nothing takes 2 weeks to fix. If just doesn’t. So that’s going to be how it is

Another day with 6 live college football games and no live lines. This site is terrible and unusable now. And we’re going to get gaslit into thinking it’s our problem lol

Live lines can be found and accessed from the “Live betting” page. Not the prop builder page as shown from your screenshot.
I do not want to lose this thread because it’s still applicable. This is a thread for live betting issues, which continue to persist.

Yes it’s ongoing and very frustrating. Pretending like there’s not an issue with the ‘live’ lines is wild. I’ve given up expecting improvements around here.
BetOnline’s recent changes to VIP program and weekly/monthly cash back is pretty solid if anyone was curious.

…as much as I want to believe that mods are innocent, and have no knowledge about this issue, it’s beginning to seem a little abusive of them.
“As per the Sports Team everything is all good.”
“Which lines are you making reference to?”
“The lines we are seeing are the lines that should be up.”
“Have you attempted to try another browser?”
“Please refresh the page the lines are up and active.”
“That’s the nature of live lines, the are never always available. They change based on in game details.”
And just recently, 10-11 days after this issue has been reported:
"What is the issue you’re having with live betting please?"
Please, at least, quit giving us the same replies daily to the same issues. Create a ticket and follow up on it in every shift and update once there is some progress.

To help prevent any potential problems, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies regularly, selecting the option for “all time.” This can often resolve issues that might arise.
Brooke again and again … you have 400 replies on this thread having issues as I was telling Mikey the problem is still there can you just create a ticket and help us with the situation? Instead of telling us to clear cashe??? The replies you are doing is basically telling us you don’t care
Mods its been like this for almost 2 weeks. You want me to send screenshot when everyone is complaining. The live games show only for a second am then disappear an show past scoreboard
