I can’t stay away and let everyone get gaslit. We should be the ones being commended for helping to report problems to Bovada yet we are being treated like sheep.

What the moderators should do is:
- admit this issue with live lives has persisted for the last month
- admit that they are powerless to help
- admit that the tech team does not exist
- have live lines removed completely until an actual tech team is hired
- beg for our forgiveness

I’m 100% convinced the tech team does not exist or are AI generated bots in Thailand. So greedy. With all the $$ they make how hard it is to have a competent team technical support team.

Once again its either
A. They can’t fix it because they can’t see it
Clearly people who work for Bovada access the site in a different way than we do
And if no one is going to take the initiative to access it like the players do then there’s nothing that’s going to get done
Its been 15 days now
If they were interested in fixing it it would’ve been done 14.5 days ago

( My best guess is ) they know it’s there but they either can’t figure it out or it will necessitate an actual site shutdown for awhile and they don’t consider that worth the time so it’s better to pretend it’s not happening so you don’t open yourself up to comp and more players being upset than there are now

I will always give credit where it’s due. College football live lines have been mostly available today. Let’s hope the trend continues.
Hey guys just an update here.
In the Props Builder, if the “live tag” is not displayed within the tool, it means the option is unavailable and won’t be offered live. This is determined at the discretion of the sports teams. For example, NFL games scheduled for tomorrow that have the “live tag” will include live offers, while those without it will not. here is an example
So, we will not be able to bet on all NFL games live tomorrow is what you are saying? And that IS intentional and decided by the sports team? @Brooke_Bovada, why would we play here if we can play all the games live? I don’t think there is another sportsbook on the planet that would make this decision.

Got it! Thanks for the update @Brooke_Bovada! At least it seems like finally we are not being called crazy and the sports team is finally admitting the issues are not because we haven’t cleared our cache but rather something in their control!
@Brooke_Bovada the more I think about this, the less sense this makes. I’m worried the sports team really has no clue what our complaints are if this is their answer. We aren’t worried just about live prop bets being messed up, but ALL LIVE BETTING being messed up. Can you confirm based off your screenshot and what the sports team said, there will be NO live wagers available for the colts patriots game, but there will be for the Steelers bengals game?
This screenshot is referring to the props builder, this isn’t ours so unfortunately we cannot really advise what will be available on that.
Come out of your network or your location then you will find the issue. You will never find the issue if you dont come out of bovada network.
Feels to me like the sports team really doesn’t care or want to care. At this point, that makes sense. The compensation bovada will have to give if they accept responsibility is probably too much to want to fix it. Bovada gave out hundreds per player because of a 4 day outage in 2021. Imagine what they’d have to give if they acknowledged a multiple week issue that’s been reported hundreds/thousands of times.
NFL Live Wagers not available?
At least on my end & what i’m seeing, when you go to
the NFL games, it’s not listing or showing any of the games
that are currently being played.
So if you click SPORTS, then NFL, it doesn’t show any of the
early games.
A month ago when things were working like they should, it would
show every single game that was live and the late games.
