Cs told me it didn’t matter that I was experiencing issues, because they weren’t… aka nothing is wrong despite multiple screenshots with different time stamps proving the same issue replicated multiple times… I’m done here… what a garbage way for bovada to go out. @moderators i hope they treat you (employees) better than they treat us (players) as this site continues its downward spiral

The live lines continue to be such a hassle. Live games constantly disappearing, old games continually showing, live games I bet on will disappear constantly so I have to follow the scores on ESPN or other websites. So annoying. I need to refresh or click on actual sport on average of 4-7 times to have the active games show up again.

They have video screen recordings of the issue happening attached to the ticket I believe, so I don’t think screenshots or anything will provide anything new at this point. If they watch the video and can’t reproduce it or even reach out to the user who created the video to help them reproduce it, then that’s all there is to do. Doesn’t seem like they have done their due diligence to me, but obviously it’s not high on the priority list of the individuals tasked with figuring out the root cause and resolving it.

Tired of going on chat with CS since this won’t result in anything good. I still see Euroleague basketball odds from games that ended 4 hours under live lines (yes, I cleared cache and deleted cookies).

Live lines messed up as usual. Tried clearly cache and all other basic troubleshooting on my end. That continues to clearly not be the issue.

Having trouble doing live bets during NBA cup. No current games are being shown and all the old games from today are showing. Very frustrating as most the favorite teams won. Please help solve this issue

Its seen like technician cant find a way to fix live bets if you notice they took off all complaints about slots an also casino always works good i believe this is no a coincidence. They maybe don’t make money on live bets

I talk to a rep at X and this is how to fix it. For mobile browsing on google chrome request desktop and go to the site directly, give it a try I don’t see any lines disappear and old ones also
