700 post on this thread with the same problem been over 30 days can’t even find a solution to fix the problem. Can’t you see how we are frustrated
Has anyone reported the issue with live betting this morning? Kinda crazy this is an issue almost every weekend when major games are taking place.
Yes, I’ve cleared my cache and tried a secondary browser (Chrome and Firefox)
Just as another point of concern @Maddie currently all the live lines that are showing are showing the incorrect times on the main screen
If you click on the game itself the time is correct it assists but on the main page it is many minutes off
I think at this point it would be nice if someone that works for bovada (moderators) to just point blank acknowledge there is ongoing issues with live betting and even some regular betting but more specifically for this case, live betting. We all don’t want to feel like we are being made to feel which is that we are insane or that our web browsers are the problem. When we are told over and over by customer service that there are no issues and that things are working as they should be, it’s flat out insulting given the fact that we KNOW there are issues as evidenced by a 700+ post thread from a magnitude of different people. So a little acknowledgment and something to grasp onto in terms of a resolution would be nice.
Sadly we’ve asked for this for weeks and have been turned a deaf ear. Another instance where they know the majority of us will continue to play here because of the convenience, familiarity, and ease of withdrawals so as long as they don’t admit to it, there isn’t an issue.
currently in Basketball live betting- Purdue is listed up 35-19 when Auburn is actually up 35-19 @moderators
Among all of the same issues as everyone else is saying too, but this one is actually just listed with an opposite score
@Brooke_Bovada , my wager was incorrectly graded because of my above message. The score is listed as Purdue leading, when in reality Auburn is leading, check any score you want. This is getting out of hand, as there is now even an incorrect score listed. Again, the game is NCAA men’s bball. The score is listed as Purdue up 41-26 at half, when the score is Auburn up 41-26 at half. I am watching the game. And wagers are graded incorrectly because of this. Inform the sports team
Have attempted to chat to resolve this as well, and no response there as well. Really trying to be patient here

Today has been absolutely ATROCIOUS trying to live bet Football and Basketball. Live lines don’t update without refreshing a lot of the time. Also the same annoying, expired lines keep appearing when I do refresh. I have to refresh like 3+times to actually see live lines.
This sportsbook went from being top tier to TACKY. A couple of weeks was tolerable but now going on to a couple of months now. It’s at the point where it’s messing with my opportunities to make money.
They’re deliberately messing with our money now but what can we do about it? They don’t even acknowledge it’s an issue, much less find a resolution for it. Constant gaslighting.
If we could just get access to the site that all the employees have access to via whatever methods they use, then we could all enjoy a decent Sportsbook experience.
At this point they have literally hundreds of screenshots and dozens of videos of it happening, so if they can’t find the issue, they aren’t even looking. Helen Keller would have seen it by now.
@moderators is there any truthful update to what’s going on here? I wanted to play here yesterday but lately these issues have been so bad, it’s made it impossible to wager on what I’ve wanted to so I didn’t deposit here. Is there anything that can be done other than clearing our browser history? We just want to get back to normal where it’s an easy and enjoyable experience. Thanks.
I have just sent a request for any updates, but there is nothing new on the ticket at this time.
Thanks for the response. So am I correct that there is a ticket for live betting issues that has been ongoing for over a month because of disparities in the live wagering platform? And that ticket that’s been ongoing for over a month has no updates at all from the site? I ask this in a blunt manner because at least personally, I’ve been told by cs multiple times that there are NO issues at the moment when in reality, there have been issues for a very extended period of time. So to be told there are NO issues and then be told there’s a ticket out there about it is two conflicting responses. I just read a different post where a moderator said Bovada “operates with the highest standard of transparency” so hoping I’m able to start seeing that.

What’s the explanation for that? The website, your whole product, does not work. It’s a disaster to navigate with games disappearing, scores wrong, time wrong.
There’s a single IT ticket with no response for over a month? Hope everyone is following this thread and reading in between the lines
