We have had responses regarding the lines, but there is no resolution as of yet as they are struggling to replicate the issue from my understanding.
Can they replicate the issue that āwasā working 50 or 3 months ago ? And start from there?

Paul, I get it you only know so much in this situation, but can you at least comment on your opinion about whether or not there is any precedent for a situation like this? A ticket open for this long? On which you guys get 10+ complaints daily, continuously still, and simply no update on a ticket? Yet the rest of the web site operates as is. How can the issue be so elusive, if all of us can see it often every day?
Asked support chat if thereās any update on the ticket. They said they havenāt heard about the issue at all. Soooooo I guess we just trust the mods here that theyāve actually submitted one to get it fixed. Fingers crossed!!

Damn, is that true @moderators the ticket yaāll have been telling us about doesnāt exist? If it does, can you at least just get Bovada support on the same page, so that thereās no misinformation floating around? Seems like such a basic request, but you guys canāt seem to achieve it
To be clear. I believe the mods have. Itās just frustrating it depends on who you ask whether thereās an issue or not. Or if thereās a ticket submitted or not. Youād think everyone is on the same team here

ok, fair. An open ticket on a basic issue for many weeks with no updates. Is that normal? not normal? You see the issues persist here daily.

I have had live betting issues for a long time, I kind of just live with it now. It affects me more when I am on my phone than my desktop.
I just have a hard time understanding how there has been a ticket open for this specific issue for this long and yet there have been zero updates, zero compensation, and zero knowledge about it from anyone that works for bovada other than the moderators. Iām not saying I donāt believe there is a ticket, Iām just totally confused at how the ticket is invisible to anyone else and players have to be told by cs that there is nothing wrong and that basically we are making things up.

After inquiring with support regarding the feedback we received, we were informed that no issues were found on their end.
Well thatās a relief. Now we can all go back to live betting
So is the ticket going to be closed now and we all are mistaken then? I apologize for the redundancy, but can you again confirm that there are zero issues with live wagering and everything is operating as it should on the betting platform?
