I get it but they are one of the easiest to withdraw which is why a lot of us still put up with the issues.

Is this every going to get fixed? It is really annoying to have to go to desktop mode on a mobile device

Wow, absolutely ridiculous that live lines are this screwed up. Shows briefly the correct live lines then goes back to games that have been done for hours. Bovada, you should have fixed this issue two months ago!!

Live wagering was more rough yesterday than it’s even been during this entire stretch of time. Having to refresh the page a ton and switch modes as well. Sometimes the lines I was looking for wouldn’t even populate. During the Georgia game I refreshed the page at least 3 times and it kept presenting pre-game lines. It’s just becoming more and more difficult to navigate unfortunately. I don’t know how there isn’t a banner up at least notifying people that live wagering is having issues by now after almost 2 months. Totally understand that not everyone live bets sports so it’s not a big deal to some people, but this is becoming too difficult to work around for those of us who do.

@moderators: Again, I thought everyone was updated on what was going on? Also, from a customer service perspective, not even giving me a chance to respond before closing the chat was not appreciated along with the fact that we all know the platform isn’t working normally. Hopefully this can be resolved at some point.

Sorry for the inaccurate details, as per the ticket this is still being looked into. We are still waiting for an update, which we will share once received.

Am i the only with with no current live lines. Everything thats displayed has been finished for hours.

Click on BOVADA in red in the top left corner
Next, click on the sports icon of your choice.
If there are live lines available for that particular sport, they should appear.

If not, use the search🔎 and type the game you are looking for.

So after two months with ZERO traction on your site not working, bovada provides an update simply saying customer support reps are now aware as well. And even that is wrong?

I’ve tried doing that. Also refreshed the page multiple times. For example I clicked on football today and was going to take something in the north Texas bowl game live but every time I refreshed mid quarter, the lines appeared as pre-game lines. It just takes a lot for me at least to get an accurate line. Sometimes I don’t even get to it.

Thats a perfect example of just quickly typing it in on the search and that game should just pop right up with the accurate live line.

If not you could click on sports then college football.

If you just click on live then yeah youll be scrolling through tons of games like Shanghai league 2 hong kong basketball etc until you see that sport,league,then game you want youd just be wasting your time.

I appreciate the attempt at helping! Been trying to navigate this for awhile now. I love a lot of things about this site, but this is overshadowing everything else. I’ve never seen a site anywhere have a problem for 2 months and not have a single shred of reasoning for the issue, updates for the issue, or compensation for the issue for the entire 2 month period. I can appreciate how hard of a job the moderators have, but this is getting ridiculous. Especially when customer service still doesn’t have a clue about the issue despite what moderators or anyone else says.

This is a perfect example of what we shouldn’t have to do. We should not have to find workarounds to find live lines. Has anyone tried sending CS this thread to have them review for themselves that this has been an ongoing issue for 2 months? It’s crazy to me that no one on their side thinks there’s an issue and continues to gaslight us and telling us it’s our phones or laptops/desktops. Unreal.

Too many thoughts like that make yourself and others think that youre "somehow entitled " but entitled to what?

You’re not a paying member with a membership say. You’re gambling at a casino. They dont owe you or us or anyone anything. So yeah yes we " should " have to do that what you mentioned for example. Or simply as "customers " you make purchases or dont make purchases with certain merchants. Nobody is twisting our arm to play here or there.

All i was saying is that there are ways to play live. Following those steps i showed will make it easy like it was before if someone hasnt already explained something easier than that yet. Just trying to help fellow players honestly.

Its like ya maybe the live lines act strangely when its on the main page with 1000 live games from division 3 india summer hoops to bulgaria soccer and the NFL…

compared to individually clicking on each specific league if you know how and betting live on whats being offered in each specific league its a lot easier that way. Anyway its easy and navigating this minor live line issue is easy. Whatever you submit hope it wins for you​:+1::star2::pray::stadium::slot_machine:

The issue I have is that since I like to play live games as I watch, if I see a trend or see how a game is going and want to wager on it and a site like this offers the ability to “live wager” then I should be able to click on the game and “live wager”. But lately I haven’t been able to do that. I have had to click the game, refresh the page multiple times, sometimes change browsers, go back to the home page and click the sport, then wait for the stale lines to disappear, then when they don’t, have to search the game I want, and even then when clicked, the lines presented are pre-game lines. By the time all this is done, things have changed in the game I wanted to wager on. This process is nowhere near seamless as it should be and as it was in the past or as it is on other sites. Searching the game and clicking on it doesn’t always work at least for me. It will still present a stale line. And like I said even if after all the steps and minutes go by, if the correct line does present itself for a second, it’s well after the time I wanted to wager. That’s what is making this so difficult.

From a business standpoint and retention standpoint however, I still want to reiterate that a company having a 2 month problem with absolutely zero update or solution or compensation for people is staggering. And again, still no banner saying there are issues. What if someone deposits because they want to wager on a bowl game as they watch and are unaware of the difficulty live wagering is presenting? That’s why there should be a banner at least acknowledging these issues. @moderators can we get an update?

@Mexico29 you be like going to a supermarket and trying to ask customer service for the cheese you want, then trying to search for the deli counter for a specific turkey, not knowing where it is located.
