At this point , it has been months. Live betting has been a nightmare across the board . Games that have already ended are still up, so you have to double check through other sources to see which games are actually playing. You have to search, refresh,search again again & again to get a live game to pop up. I honestly give up & I’m actively looking for another book to replace Bovada. If anyone has some please let me know because i refuse to deal with these problems in 2025 , Bovada IT team are a bunch of idiots & im over it!

I have no idea why you’re defending Bovada in this situation. As a paying customer, I expect functionality that they promote and offer to be working at all times, absolutely. That doesn’t make me entitled. Being entitled is demanding they bring back the point drop system. Point drops were a perk that Bovada offered and demanding that they bring that back would make me entitled because they don’t owe us any type of kickback and frankly, anything that they do give us is an added perk.
With that being said, there is undeniably an ongoing issue with live lines for the past few months that has never occurred this regularly in all my years playing here and we can absolutely ask for answers especially when the mods have already reported the issue to their IT department and have mentioned that they are still “looking into the issue.”
Weird that you chose this situation as your hill.

My question to you is why do we need to navigate through click “bovada” then click “sports” to see stale old lines? We are all here trying to ask them to fix the problem you are straight “glazing” them. Look it up at urban dictionary if you don’t understand. Not trying to say you’re wrong but the way you typing an essay makes no sense. I read half way and still don’t know what you’re saying half the time. This thread has gone over 900 replies trying to let them know to fix the issue not you telling us to click here and there.

Just think though… if it were actually say a test and being done on purpose the live lines why do you think they’d do that? Like what would be the science behind it.

Theres no where else to parlay live fyi.
And most other books offer absolutely terrible live lines for singles. And the selection is extremely limited. Even with this so called live betting issue Bovada is still the best
Same only on mobile. Their mobile live line display doesnt work

Not exactly, bookmaker and betanysports have live parlays.
And they even offer a free live betting without needing to search for a game

Paul, can you address the screenshot above and all other reports that Customer Service reps are unaware of any issues?
Is the official plan to pretend there’s no issue and hope it goes away, or to gaslight customers and buy (lots of) time until IT maybe fixes the problems?
Don’t acknowledge it because then you’re on the clock to fix and to compensate affected customers?

Out of curiosity, how do more screenshots and video of the issue help IT at this point? It has been shard over and over here for two months. The issues are obvious and not complicated from the user perspective.
Also intended to buy more time with a new ticket?

Here is the top of the ‘live’ tab for me right now. Still shows Bengals/Steelers from yesterday and implies I could still bet the ML.
It’s because they are unable to find a specific issue and are trying to find patterns by the players who are having issues, as this doesn’t seem to be effecting everyone.
This probably won’t help in all honesty, as it might be that the specific lines were just removed or halted.
