Hereās the āliveā tab again as of right now. Shows NHL games that ended yesterday with wrong scores, wrong time, and appear to be open bets I could place.
This happens every single day. You have to refresh the page 15 times for actual current matches to appear, and then the often disappear.
Itās a miserable experience and has been this way constantly for two months.
Iām not seeing this, which appears to be the issue they have in finding an issue.
It could be something to do with the cache, or something specific to certain devices, O/S etc⦠but Iām no IT guy.

So Paul when you go to look at live wagering, everything just appears as normal? No stale lines, no having to refresh the page 10 times, etc? Things are just working as they should? In any event, with all of us showing numerous screen shots and all having the same issue, thereās no way for customer service to at least acknowledge that there is an issue and/or compensate those of us with PROOF that we have been dealing with this for MONTHS now? It seems like because customer service or IT or anybody else of importance canāt seem to see the issue after months that they are just dismissing it and saying there is no issue.
Pretty much, yes. When players have been posting saying something isnāt right, we have checked it and it looks fine to us. This does appear to be quite isolated. I understand there are quite a few players here commenting but the bigger picture is we have a huge base of players, and if this was a problem that was effecting everyone Iām sure our CS team would be flat out with reports.
It is very likely that if you speak to a CS agent they are unaware of this issue at all.
According to @Rhyz_Bovada 10 days ago, if I spoke to cs they should all be completely aware of the issue.
And adding on, even if this is isolated, does that mean the people that itās affecting tremendously with documentation such as myself are just out of luck for lack of a better term? No compensation, no resolution, no help, etc. just basically told to deal with it? Or can those of us who as Iāve stated have proof that weāve dealt with extreme inconvenience and sometimes flat out inability to play over the last 2 months get any sort of comp?
Itās like weāre being told to just bear with the site and keep depositing and trusting that the site values our loyalty and play and yet in months weāve been offered nothing other than that advice to continue playing and bear with the site.

No, it does not mean you simply have to deal with it. The ticket is still under investigation.
With regard to any comp, that isnāt something that we can really comment on, as issues like this would typically be handled across the board to all effected players, and Iād assume something like this would be a decision made at high level.
This issue has been ongoing for the last couple of weeks. It is surprising that moderators and customer service are hearing about this for the first time. Live sport lines on mobile devices are showing old events.
I guess people need to start complaining about this on social media to get some attention in fixing this.
@aek21vas The ticket for the report was made in November, we are aware of the issue.
Attention isnāt something that is needed to fix this, if you read our comments above you will see the situation more clearly.
Rhyzās comments were made on this thread so itās public. It just to me at least. I just feel like such a major issue like this that is clearly affecting maybe not everyone at bovada of course but surely a fair amount of people should be at least acknowledged by customer service and also compensated for.
I know a lot of people are casino players and I feel like if something in the casino wasnāt working where players had to refresh the page 10 times to get a game and sometimes maybe not even get to that game and that was the sole purpose for their deposit on the site was to play certain games that became virtually inaccessible, they would be compensated for it or at least acknowledged. I understand we are being told by you guys occasionally that the problem is being looked into, but 2 months later thereās literally zero traction on the issue and I am told by customer service multiple times that there is no issue despite moderators saying everyone is aware of the issue. Itās just going around in circles at this point after months with again as Iāve said, zero attempt to bridge the gap and make things right at all for any of us who have been ābearing with the siteā for these past couple of months.
I understand your concerns, but there is nothing more that we are able to do, apart from add new reports to the ticket.
9 am Sunday, and Iām seeing live nba games from yesterday. Every day seeing old stuff. You would think if it was some cache issue or whatever, that it would be seeing the exact same old scores, but instead everyday its new and different expired old games showing
How is it that literally EVERY single player on bovada is aware of what is going on with these schizophrenic live lines, and yet not a soul within the company has ānoticedā them. Reminds me of when I used to attempt to reason with my ex wife.
At the very least can we just get consistent info from Customer Service? Or be told hey yes thereās an issue, and weāre working on it. Hereās some compensation. This should just be absolute bare minimum. We have several moderators here who have acknowledged the problem at this point, so whatās the issue. Thereās been an issue for a while. You guys admitted that there is one. We have all suffered because of this issue. Please come correct to your customers. Please Bovada.

Yeah, itās just become normal now. They must not lose any customers, or they would do something about it or compensate customers.
Any specific lines that are missing? Iām seeing nothing available at the moment.
