@ajklein0100 inconvenient for you, for us, for many people but unfortunately they have not been fixed yet. And they are working on it. I am sorry, but this is all we know.
I’ve never seen it so bad !! Are we actually acknowledging there’s been a live betting issue for about 2 months now. Everything keeps disappearing nothings changed.
There are no updates. There is no compensation. There is no sense of urgency to fix this. There is no universal awareness from employees of this issue. There is no care to put a banner up warning potential depositors that there are issues with the platform. 2+ months without a single shred of information and barely any acknowledgement (some moderators have acknowledged the issue) that this problem exists. I’ve never seen something like this on a site or honestly anywhere. I truthfully do not understand how people who have proven to be affected by this issue can not receive a single dollar of compensation.
Customer service had me create an escalation of my problem 3 days ago as if it was the first time they had heard of this issue. I went along with it knowing full well there would be zero movement on the issue, as if my escalation was going to cure a multiple month long issue. I was told by customer service to wait the 24-48 hours for the escalation time. I waited 3 days and this morning was told the time frame is “approximate”. Another day. Another day. Another day.

What issues are having when you try placing a wager?
Honestly, I came back for the first time in a while today and it seemed to be working much better. It was basically 2 full months of the live games disappearing, but today for me it almost seems like it flipped. I signed in and the old games were all there and then all of a sudden the new ones popped up instead.
Has anyone else experienced this? Still crazy it took 2 months, but if all seems better that would be amazing!
Maybe I spoke too soon. Having issues now with the CFP games. Oy!
Can you refresh it? On my end, it shows that the line is unavailable. This is sometimes due to live updates in progress, and it should reopen once the updates are complete.
It came back you are right! The basketball lines are still wonky as hell… just inaccurate. When I click on one, a completely different number shows up. But at least CFP seems to be better at the moment. Thanks @Brooke_Bovada

I am very sorry guys, all I can tell what the team tells me, which is that they are looking into the issues, what makes it worse and good in the same time is that, not everyone has there issues,
And this makes it difficult to find out what causes it, It’s frustrating for all of us.
This is understandable @Luna_Bovada… I came here yesterday and for about 30 minutes it was actually good. That being said, after those 30 minutes it reverted and is as bad as ever. The part that I think frustrates us here the most is the inconsistency from support and the moderators, the lack of communication from the site, and the lack of responsibly shown by the site. In past occurrences of documented issues like this bovada has been very generous to its customers ensuring that we are compensated and kept up to date via the community and social media. You guys have failed ROYALLY to this point in providing that to your loyal customer base this time around and it’s incredibly frustrating.
If we can’t trust you to keep the site up and running for everyone, how can we trust you to keep our money safe when it’s on your site?
