To be fair we don’t really know that not everyone is having these issues

Just because not everyone is here complaining didn’t automatically equate to them not having the issue

Not everyone on Bovada bets sports

Not everyone on Bovada who does bet sports bets live sports

And even if the person bets sports AND bets live sports that doesn’t inherently mean they’d come here to tell you giys its messed up

Many people will ( and do ) just go play on another site

I personally don’t know anyone who plays here who isn’t seeing this issue. And i talk with lots of people who play here. Looooottttsss of people

The fact that there’s been no compensation for an ongoing issue since November is mind blowing. If not everyone is experiencing the issues like @moderators say, then how about giving compensation to people who have sent screen shots and have proof that live wagering has been a disaster for months?

My “escalation” here that customer service had me make is going on 4 days now as if me making an escalation was going to change in any way the circumstances with this issue. Live wagering has been dysfunctional since November. My “escalation” is not going to make a single difference. Then I ask questions during the first 2 days of the “escalation” and they say I have to wait the 48 hour timeframe and on the 49th hour I’m told the time frame is approximate. No kidding.

Man today was brutal. It wouldnt be so bad if once its refreshed it would stay regular but it refreshes your page into the games that are finished so its like your forced to refresh soooooo many times. got to refresh 5 times to make a bet.

Customer service said today they have no reports of any issues with live wagering.

Id like them to show us a 10-15 minute video of them using the live sportsbetting page and see if it runs smooth for them.

They just told me I was the first to report it lol… @moderators why aren’t our issues being reported when we report them to CS?

I am very sorry, the ongoing issues has been communicated via ticket to CS as well, and it is still open and being investigated. Please accept our apologies. When new issue comes up and post here we add them to the ticket immediately.

Yes, I am saying as we have informed multiple times that there is an ongoing issue, and this has been communicated with many department, higher ups, and management as well, once again, I am sorry but we cant control what agents says, but if we moderators tells you that it is being reported, it is!
I am sorry but I am unable to share the ticket here, as its internal, but you can take our word for it. We do report every single issue you guys post here, for other we cannot take responsibility, I am very sorry.

@Luna_Bovada i have full faith that you guys report tickets… that being said… I am flabbergasted by the CS teams lack of awareness and disrespect for players. You @moderators consistently prove that you are on our side (and I as well as the other members of the community I know are very grateful to you guys for that), but you only have so much sway. Agents acting like this and lying so frequently needs to be addressed. It’s a MAJOR part of this issue that we as players are being disrespected and lied to like this.

Thank you @Jacob_Bovada … but how are we supposed to believe that there isn’t something major wrong with this site or your dev staff? It’s been 2 full MONTHS. How are we supposed to feel comfortable depositing our money onto a site that we KNOW has major technical issues that the dev team simply can’t diagnose or fix? If this is broken, how do we know our money is safe? If something on that side of the site breaks, how are we supposed to have faith that your dev team can diagnose and fix it?

We’ve sent photos, videos, and reported this daily (as was requested by you @moderators). Almost hitting 1k posts on this thread alone. And the CS staff is either lying about it or THEY STILL DONT KNOW ABOUT IT? Something really fishy is going on.

This has been communicated with CS and the agent as well once again, just now. We are hoping for the best.

Almost all of us who have posted here have had an extremely negative experience with the CS staff. When is that going to be addressed and when is bovada going to finally take responsibility for this disaster that has been unfolding for the last 2 months?

Your money is safe, I said hoping for the best because once again it has been communicated with CS, so hopefully they will add the issues to the ongoing investigation once you report them to them as well.
