****Live betting issues****

I tried explaining that I like to live wager primarily so this whole issue has completely derailed how I play because of how inconvenient the system is now. Zero compensation whatsoever for whatever reason. I have a VERY hard time believing that if the casino had an issue like this, Bovada would be treating the situation a lot differently.

Also, it’s odd to see so many people experiencing this when I was told by cs I’m the only one experiencing the issue…:thinking:

As a company, we have a tough job when dealing with issues that are hard to replicate, like the live betting problem. It’s challenging for us to diagnose issues which doesnt affect everyone collectively. We’re all doing our best to address it, but without being able to replicate the problem, it’s difficult.

Everyone is working together to fix the issue and while bonus compensation isn’t possible due to company policies, keeping your ticket open and tracking progress is important.

Additionally, we would need videos of the issues to help us better understand and investigate, as IT cannot replicate them on their end. Please continue reporting any new patterns and provide videos, if possible.

Its actually pointless to live bet with bovada anymore. ( at least in soccer)They blatantly cheated me on a wager yesterday by opening a live line too soon without goal confirmation.

At that point that is negligence

Bovada opens up new live lines too soon without confirming goals in soccer.

Johor made it 2-0 in the 36th minute of the 1st half. New line opened over/under now 2.5 for the remainder of the 1st half. I took over 2.5(+178) 5 minutes later goal gets taken away for VAR and game goes back to 1-0 and over/under for the remainder of the 1st half half goes back to 1.5.

Meanwhile im stuck with the 2.5(+178) which clearly with the goal being taken away not ONLY IS AN ERROR LINE. it would also make over 2.5 like (+1200) lol. Instead of grading it as an error line due to goal being disallowed Bovada keeps it to their advantage. But yet if we took under 2.5 in that situation it would have been graded as " unsettled error line "

I got this message when I was told by CS a couple of weeks ago to create my own escalation since they couldn’t locate the ticket you guys opened in November. So is that ticket still open? I (we all) appreciate you guys keeping this a priority. However, I’m curious if that ticket is still open that you guys created back in November since I was told that I’m the only one experiencing the issue and that I’m just not supposed to rely on the scoreboard which clearly isnt the issue.

Also, you mentioned compensation isn’t warranted due to company policies. I’m also curious what company policy prevents compensation for an issue that has taken over 2 months to resolve when people show photo/video evidence of being affected?

They make too much money in casino to ever allow issue like this. This is blessing for them and maybe by design as it pushes customers to casino instead of the sports. Live betting issue is massive issue for months. They need videos? They can’t see the issue on their end? Wow this place quickly has become the worst offshore book.

No there won’t be. I started this thread many months ago. And despite all of the moderators here acknowledging finally that this is an issue, there has been no actual help. Or compensation.
Currently live soccer is showing Brisane Roar vs Sydney FC which finished 13 hours ago :slight_smile:
No I won’t provide a video or more details, because you moderators have seen this same thing over a hundred times at this point. Hope Bovada improves into a useable live betting site once again at some point. Not optimistic.

I’m still waiting to hear what the policy is that @Luna_Bovada is referring to when she says ā€œwhile bonus compensation isn’t possible due to company policiesā€.

Just curious what prevents someone who has shown photo evidence of the issue, reported the issue numerous times, provided multiple answers to questions asked, and has dealt with this for months from recieving compensation.

Again, it’s important to note that moderators are the only ones that have confirmed this issue. Despite photo and video evidence as well as proof that moderators acknowledge the issue, customer service has denied a ticket exists as well as denied that there is a problem in general.

Which may or may not be true

I don’t know a single player who isn’t experiencing the issue but that doesn’t mean it impacts everyone since not everyone bets on sports

There’s no real way for us to tell who is having issues. We can’t talk to everyone who uses the site so there’s plausible deniability there for the site just like they always say there’s not an issue every time the site has problems until it’s impossible to say otherwise

All u have to do is look at amount of sellers in community way way down. Bovada has lost customers and doenst have resources for quality customer service anymore sadly.

My thought would be then done compensate everyone. Compensate people on a case by case basis. Compensate those of us who it clearly is impacting who have shown evidence of being impacted. When there is a casino issue or poker issue, I’m not compensated nor do I ask for compensation because I don’t use those features. But this issue highly impacts my play and have shown proof of that so I would expect something could be done. But again, nobody from CS or the site in general other than a couple of moderators have acknowledged this issue at all.

There was not even proper compensation when the site goes down suddenly and we cant even cashout our sports wagers. This sucks and with all the power in their hands the management is not doing justice.
