I def don’t think you’re lying at all, Paul, but the apparent willfull ignorance that you guys demonstrate here is not like completely far off in effect. I want to hear you guys just simply acknowldge how bad this is, that there’s no precedent for it.

Trying to make a live bet on this site is like pulling teeth… refresh/ refresh / go to specific sport / refresh/clear cookies / log back / refresh go back to main page / refresh / refresh

It’s actually been almost 3 months of this. And as far as I know there are still zero updates and zero information. Unless I’m mistaken @moderators ?

Unfortunately no, we forward the information you guys provide to the IT team and its being looked into, that is it for now. I am sorry.

I know we have been told no for compensation over and over but since you were the one that said on this thread that compensation wasn’t available due to company policies, could you expand on that?

I still find it strange that a company policy explicitly states that an issue like this (ongoing for months for many players, no resolution in site, acknowledgement by st least a few moderators although no cs agents, etc) warrants not a single dollar of compensation. This issue is clearly making the experience here significantly less enjoyable unfortunately

Unfortunately, I’m unable to assist with that. When issues arise, they are escalated for review, and a decision is made on whether compensation is warranted. However, from the beginning, it was denied, and it remains denied as we have not received any further updates on the matter.

I would imagine this is because customer service as well as the site as a whole has refused to acknowledge that there is an issue at all. Every time I have contacted customer service (and I haven’t for a few days now because you guys said there’s no point) they have denied that an issue exists and have said I’m the only person experiencing the issue. Crazy to me despite all of the photos, videos, and screenshots of moderators saying there is an issue, the site STILL will not acknowledge it.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced. We understand how upsetting it must be when your concerns aren’t being acknowledged, especially when you’ve provided evidence of the issue.

We know you guys have done what you can. But at what point does it become obvious the site has no sense of urgency on this or honestly no sense of appreciation for the players dealing with this? It’s been almost 3 months and the only thing we’ve been told is to bear with the site.

Other then getting the problem fixed so we can enjoy the site again, I think we would just like a bit of acknowledgement from Bovada. I’m sorry but with almost 3 months of documented (photos/videos) issues even if the site can’t find a problem, they can at least say “some users are experiencing difficulty with live wagering. We are working to find a solution.” Something. Anything. Honest question. Is there truthfully a threshold of evidence that has to be submitted for acknowledgement? 100 photos? 1000 photos? I’m not even saying for a fix. But for acknowledgement. And we know moderators have acknowledged the problem so thank you for that, but we are beyond that now. I mean this with zero disrespect, your acknowledgement has gotten us literally nowhere in 3 months. We are as far now with all of our photos/videos/comments that we’ve sent in over months as we would be if there wasn’t even a thread about this topic. I’m only saying that because according to CS and moderators, there still is not a single update. Not one. If there was an update I would feel more inclined that progress is being made. I just have never before seen anything like the way this is being handled and as I’ve said, live wagering is something I primarily like to do so I apologize for being heavily involved in this topic.

Also, I know we were told not to contact customer service but it had been a few days since I had and I was curious if they were informed yet. I won’t be contacting again for awhile because as moderators have said, what’s the point?

All these lives line are joke am bovada saying is fine my believe is on purpose so players doesn’t concentrate on.it can be fix but want users no concentrate onthe bet cause so many movements. They look for every edge
