Is 3 months of the exact same screenshots and videos not enough?
Literally almost 3 months and we have made ZERO progress and everyone at bovada denies that an issue exists other than a handful of moderators. But due to Bovadaâs policies, no compensation will be given.
You are always so spot on and not afraid to speak the truth. I said it was By design from day one. Free speech my veteran opinion from playing here for years and was here on the forum day one with the other OGs. They must be hurting they donât comp anymore and donât care. Nor do I at this point. They lost me with the new shady expiration bonus that Iâm smart enough to never use again. Making it up as they go along. Iâm about to ask where the wrestling royal rumble lines are at and if they are going to happen. Less than one week away and no lines or props letâs see
Hopefully the Bovada team shakes hands and add what is deemed adequate compensation for its patient loyal customers.

Thanks, Ken. I hope so. Overall its just concerning that this place used to run so smoothly, and now theres many issues in both this thread and in the âwager settlement issuesâ thread. Players have to really contact you guys daily just to have correct grades? I hope this is just momentary lapses and not the state of the new Bovada. But judging but the current state, and how long itâs been the state, it seems like the latter. Thanks moderators for trying I guess, but no actual progress has even been chipped away at in going on 4 MONTHS OF THE EXACT SAME COMPLAINTS. 
I agree. I made this point a while ago and was told that everyone makes mistakes, but you would think a sportsbook first and foremost should be held accountable for incorrect grading? Insane to me that there is a whole massive thread dedicated to incorrect grading of lines and if there wasnât then bovada would be just stealing from its users. Also never any mention of compensation for loyal customers here showing the numerous issues which are never fixed. Just told that it is handed off to the elusive IT department. Real shame this is what itâs come to.
But donât worry. They understand our frustration so all is goodâŚ

Why are lines constantly disappearing and showing old results we are not able to follow scores or even bet on some matches that are live is this issue being looked at or addressed ? It seems Bovada is starting to hide things and block things from the live users

Worse everyday. I keep telling myself it canât get any worse, but bovada constantly proves me wrong.
All they tell us is the team is working on it. For 3 plus months? Time for a new team. This team has been defeated 90 plus days straight.
The only thing we can count on is the site having the exact same problems everyday

Can there be some sort of deadline for a fix or compensation being issued for these issues? Bovada is not being held accountable at all and instead we are just told to share more screenshots and that âwe totally understand your frustrationâ which at this point is just insulting and feels like a complete deflection. Itâs just being kicked down the road and seemingly waiting for people to just get over it. 3 months and absolutely 0 traction weâre still not even sure that customer service is aware and bovada is all on the same page!!!
If the first couple hundred screenshots arenât helping i donât know how the next few hundred will help the âIT teamâ diagnose the problem. Especially if theyâve been supposedly looking at this issue for the last 3-4 months

Some type of accountability or ownership over the issue would be a great first step into showing bovada cares about their customers. Not just mods saying they understand our frustration because apparently they donât have the issues everyone is sharing so truthfully you donât understand haha

Itâs gotten to the point where if I go on the site and use live betting for any sport at all, itâs quite literally a pleasant surprise if it happens to be functioning properly- even temporarily. The mods donât even come in here anymore unless someone tags them. Theyâre aware that this has been a perpetual issue for many for a while now though. Thumbs up Bovada
Meanwhile- I see like 20 posts a day on âwager settlement issues.â Is this just the new norm for the site? Almost never working fully properly for sports betting?
