I agree there’s no reason, Paul. Thanks for coming in for the follow up and to nail that home. Just an observation. What about the other part of my message, or do you just want to replpy to the part you want. :slight_smile:

Honestly, anything tbh Paul. If the only reason to reply here is to just ask the same question from people and then to not report progress, then I see why ya’ll are never here. But that’s still a bummer, its still the case that very little to nothing is being done about this or maybe hasn’t at all, we really don’t know, that’s the point…The problems have persisted and not even let up much. Yet its as if they don’t exist- If there’s not an update by now, there never will be, and that sucks.
The problem is the same/worse today as it was the first day I created this. I know you are throwing your hands up saying ā€œwhat can I do?ā€ But yeah, that’s weak as hell for this long to not fix a basic thing for long time customers. You acting like this isn’t any type of large issue and just being like welp, sorry. That’s indicative of some larger stuff

It isn’t weird if they are unable to find an issue, which they are still trying to do as far as I am aware.
I agree it is taking a long time, and we have never said anything to the contrary, although this still isn’t going to help get things resolved any faster, which is why we do not repeatedly comment as I said earlier.
As soon as they can locate a problem I’m sure the fix will be quite quick.

Its strange that you guys cant replicate the issue where all the users can. Why dont you guys comeout of the bovada network like us where no vpns or outside the network or move out to a different city or state.

What about rolling back to the site version from October and looking for the diff in your code?

I’m having same issues day after day. I’m 100% every user does but bovada will claim that’s not true

That’s the frustrating part for sure

I don’t know a single player here ( and i know lots of them ) who isn’t having this issue

Zero people are unaffected of the 50+ I’ve asked

So i sincerely doubt it’s a small localized issue

Its most likely impacting everyone

But there’s no way to prove that since none of us talk to every player on Bovada so the site has at least the appearance of plausible deniabilty

But statistically speaking its highly improbable ( of not impossible ) that you could ask 50 people anything, have all 50 tell you the same thing, and have that thing not be factually true

They’re not going to fix it. I can’t remember who suggested it weeks ago (or else I’d give them credit) but the only way to get a live line on the game you want, especially if a sport has numerous games playing at the same time, is to use the Search by Competitor function.

Us players should not have to find workarounds for a basic function such as live lines displaying for all currently active games but since they will not address nor admit there is a problem, this is the only way.

There’s really no point in continuing to send screenshots, videos, etc. If they haven’t acknowledged the issue by now that EVERY SINGLE PLAYER is experiencing, they won’t ever.

Live bets are not working. The games from 12 hours ago are being shown on live bets. This is really frustrating as I want to live bet on sports. Please fix this

Don’t hold your breath. It’s been 4 months and counting of this. And the only update we have gotten is………there is no update.

Progress is actually being made. They have located something that they think may be responsible for the lack of instant updates on some services, so they are looking into that.

How jacked up is this website? @moderators it seems like there is something quite serious going on if there is an issue that takes months to find and multiple days to fix. Either that or you guys truly don’t care to fix it and create a positive experience for your clients…
