Thanks @Rhyz_Bovada. As always, you @moderators are super appreciated… but how can we feel safe as players keeping our money on a site that takes multiple months/days to find and fix issues? Not addressing issues that have impacts on a significant number in a timely manner is a major concern and makes me (and I assume others) extremely wary of this site.
Will there be any rewards or compensation for this as finally found the issue.
I think they do not fix on purpose. This is not normal. Cancel the live betting you if you can not run properly.

We are doing our best to get things fixed as quickly as possible, but I agree that transparency and faster resolutions are key to building trust. We’re all looking for a platform we can rely on!
We do not have any information about compensation till now.

Thanks for your response @Luna_Bovada… but if we can’t trust you, why should we play here? At this point you have lost our trust. How do you plan to earn it back after months of misinformation, gaslighting and no progress fixing an issue this widespread?
Now the repetitve message saying they are looking into it is getting to just be a formality. You can be as polite as you want, and thanks I guess. But until literally one single thing improves or changes in Live Betting, it’s almost as if you’re making it worse now by saying this stuff with no actual follow up or results. This issue is now approaching 4-5 months of zero solutions/compensation. Not even going to tag a mod- bc honestly there doesn’t seem to be any point- their only role here is to just say “we think it’s being worked on, thank you for patience, we appreciate your patience.” It’s jokeish now.
Since they really appreciate our feedback, our feedback is that it’s absolutely unheard of for a site to give zero information about a 4+ month long issue that’s STILL affecting A TON of people and give ZERO continued compensation for people that have followed the advice of representatives of the site by “bearing with the site” and “having patience”.
I don’t know about everyone else, but it’s become incredibly difficult for me to navigate the sportsbook now and made wagering here feel more like a pain rather than easy fun. It’s actually gotten worse over these months than better. The process is anything but seamless. That used to be the draw here is that the sportsbook was easy to use along with payouts being fast. Now the sportsbook is not easy at all to use. It’s honestly quite hard to get proper lines to load if a game has started.
Information, compensation, or both would be greatly appreciated.

Guys this is a huge business. I am very sure that bovada have enough sources to find out what are the problems. ( if they dont have enough sources, it is worse actually). Mods keep repeating same thing. İ understand they say to us what is told to them and they cant say otherwise. It is getting scary to play here
@moderators its Super Bowl Sunday and you have players saying they don’t trust your site. This is something that should have been fixed before the playoffs even started as we haven’t been able to play safely here for the entirety of the playoffs (or the college football bowl season and playoffs). It is absolutely shameful and disgraceful that this is still an issue and bovada has yet to do anything to make this right with its customers.
It is still being looked into. We have no additional updates other than what I posted above a few days ago.
Hi Guys, we have been advised that the team have found what they believe to be the issue and they have implemented a fix.
They are still looking into the root cause for this, however are advising us there should be no further issues with events updating.
We thank you for your patience with this, and have been asked that should anyone still be having issues, to provide us with the information so we can pass it on.
If anyone is still having the same issue, please drop us a PM with a screenshot so we can advise the tech guys.
As we received another report regarding this earlier today I have re-opened the thread.
We have sent the info we were provided, and urge any other players to please send us info via PM so we can also send this. Any screenshots of current issues, or better still a screen recording. Thanks
