Crazy the same types of screen shots are being sent in now that were sent in 3 months ago. Whatās the difference? Itās literally the same exact issue. Incredibly discouraging
Yeah I gotta say this is super discouraging. This is after we had mods giving updates that
- they found the issue (finally!) and are making progress, and
2)then that they actually solved it and then even closed this thread without anyone confirming it.
And now we are full circle back to the beginning with the exact same screen shot requests and even more video requests even tho itās literally the same stuff from the very first day of this thread.

As Paul said the ticket as back open, and we have received less report then before, so it shows that we have made some progress to fix the issue, but seems like there is more and the team is looking into it.
Iāll tell you right now just because thereās less report doesnāt necessarily mean thereās progress made⦠People are just over the constant issues and having to come here to report it daily over the last 4 months. Do you understand how frustrating that is and for 0 accountability to be taken as well from bovada?

Any update??? Also since the issue has seemingly been diagnosed and bovada still canāt fix it, is there any word about compensation? Or users are still expected to be using the broken user interface without anything other than āsorryā and āwe understand your frustrationā
the live betting issues have heavily impacted by wagering daily for the last 4-5 months. You guys even said āissuesā were identified. What could be stopping from giving basic compensation to loyal customers when the issue is now known and accounted for and still, day after day, 99% unaddressed and unhelped.
Live betting is one of my main forms of sports betting. So 100+ times over the last few months I will simply go on Bovada, and then shortly log off bc the only games listed will be from earlier in the day or last night. Unless I want to refresh the page 4 times, in which case the proper live betting page will flash quickly, but if I donāt catch it in time, thatās another 4 refreshes. @moderators I have missed out on countless live betting opportunities simply due to poor web site by Bovada. IT has also been acknowledged here on several occasions. But still no comp, or any other solution. Please just be real with your customers for once. Some compensation, and then a fix. Otherwise- sites exist where this isnāt a daily concern

Bovada can give compensation on a case by case basis. For those of us who have been dealing with this daily since November and who have contributed screen shots and information, it would be courteous to give SOMETHING in the form of compensation.
