Just out of curiosity (I know Iāve asked before but havenāt gotten a point blank response) when you moderators ask the people who make decisions about compensation, do they just say ānoā and end the conversation? Or what is their reasoning for offering nothing for a 4 month long proven issue? (This is a great opportunity for transparency).

just disheartening that weāve made zero progress in many months. I guess I believe you, moderators, that you try to help, idk, thereās really no way to know, as the issue has not improved whatsoever and it doesnāt seem overly complicated.
As moderators, we donāt have the authority to make decisions regarding compensation, so we are unable to directly offer or approve any. When we escalate an issue to the team that handles compensation, it goes through their review process based on the specifics of the situation, including things like the nature of the issue, its duration, and whether it falls within the guidelines for compensation.
Unfortunately, sometimes the outcome might not be what you were hoping for, and I know that can be disappointing. The reasoning behind their decisions can vary, and they always aim to ensure that the process is fair and consistent for all players.

Iām really sorry that itās been such a long wait with no resolution. As moderators, we genuinely wish we could fix this directly for you, but unfortunately, we donāt have the ability to resolve these issues ourselves. All we can do is escalate the matter to the relevant team who can look into it.
I truly donāt understand why anyone would think that we wouldnāt want to fix things ā itās not in our best interest either to leave issues unresolved. We want to see problems get addressed as much as you do, and itās disheartening that we havenāt seen progress despite our efforts.
Specifics of the situation/Nature of the issue: Live wagering has been completely dysfunctional for a very large majority of players. Instead of being able to click ābasketballā and see all of the games being played and being able to wager on them, we click ābasketballā and see games that finished hours prior with lines still up. Or see games that are being played and the lines posted are from pre-game. The entire platform has been without improvement. Players should be able to click a game and wager on it, when in reality, there are 3,4 sometimes 5 hoops that have to be gone through to be able to get a correct line on a game and even then, sometimes it does not work. The whole premise of live wagering is to be able to wager on a game while itās being played at any given time. If a game is tied in the 2nd quarter and you want to wager on it, then you should be able to. What this platform is doing now is making it to where by the time we actually get to a page where we can wager on said game, itās been minutes after we originally wanted to wager on it and scores and times have changed. If we even get to that page at all.
Duration of the issue: 4 MONTHS AND COUNTING.
Falls within guidelines of compensation: How on earth could it not?
NOTE: Moderators in no way is anyone truthfully blaming you guys for this issue. Everyone should know youāre the middle people in the situation. And itās also quite obvious you guys canāt come on this platform and bash Bovada and their process because who can just bash their employers and still have a job? But at the end of the day, Stevie Wonder knows this is a completely botched situation by Bovada and for the company to STILL have agents deny the issue or tell players that the issue is their fault (as shown in a screenshot by another player in this thread) is mind blowing. I know you guys have continued to send screenshots and videos in, I just wish your influence was stronger.

We truly wish we had more influence to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, our ability to address these matters is limited, much like the gravitational forces exerted on the Earth by the moon ā strong, but not enough to make changes in this case. As I mentioned, we donāt have control over fixing the issue or offering compensation. We are really sorry this hasnāt been resolved yet, and we genuinely wish we could do more to help.
Can we address this @moderators? Itās very worrisome that you mods here say that you understand our frustration and whatever else, but customer support is saying this issue is on the players?
Once again, itās concerning that the blame is being placed on the players for the platform having issues for 5 MONTHS. Thatās the reason for no compensation? Just a tad of accountability from anyone other than the mods here who clearly have no influence would be fantastic. Such as a banner warning other players. Because there seems to be a banner when other problems persist. But not this one
We have already addressed it by escalating it in the first place. Our internal team regularly ask for updates, this morning being one of them, but we have no updates to share at this time Iām afraid.
We are unable to wave a magic wand as much as we would like to, and all we can advise you at this time is that it is still being looked into.
Iām still having issues with the live bets showing up and itās messing with my bet slip. Whatās going on? @moderators
This is still being investigated, if you can grab a new screenshot of the issue you are seeing we will pass it on.
This sportsbook has made so much money, yet investing some of it to fix this issue is so difficult

Mods you dont have a idea cause you might no engage in this app but when i has to spend 20 minutes to try to put 4 teams parlet on basketball cause the page keeping jumping to past games .live games only a seconds flash an no even a compensation for the trouble cause you guys donāt recognize the issue
