I’ve also known others were getting comps for a while. Still holding out hope that these moderators care about the website functioning properly in general, which it hasn’t for 4-5 months for VERY MANY USERS. It definitely sucks- not sure what I’d need to spend here to get a host, but I’ve spent plenty.
@Mikey why is it against terms of service to share that others are receiving compensation?? Haha seems like a good piece of info given that everyone else here that has been providing proof and asking for updates for a couple months hasn’t gotten anything other than your apologies or “understanding of our frustration”
Instead the only people receiving comp are the hosted players. But who cares about hall of fame or even legend level
So I guess you need to be a host to get comps

It was a simple straight forward statement. Problematic is not fixing the issues that have been ongoing for several months
Instead of silencing the voices come up with a solution and proper answers before it was too late.
Let’s see live betting issues per usual. These games ended hours and hours ago. Refresh the page delete the cookies yada yada same ish different day. Please keep me in the loop if they ever decide to give compensation for the live betting issues that have been Happening since November.

Just out of curiosity, since there hasn’t been information about compensation since November other than for hosted people…what is being said by the decision makers at bovada regarding this? Like when you guys ask the decision makers “is there going to be compensation for these issues that have been going on for 4 months?” Do they just point blank say “not a chance” or what’s their response?
We do not ask “decision makers” they would communicate to CS/Marketing if they were going to issue comp, and then players would be informed by internal message.
So essentially then despite all of the multiple months of screen shots and information you guys have relayed to them, they still deem this problem not important enough to issue comp to all the non hosted people affected by it. That’s discouraging. At the end of the day this problem has drastically affected at least my experience here and I’m sure it has done the same to others who primarily like to live wager on things they are watching.
We have no insight as to if comp will be issued or not, and if it is, to who I’m afraid.

Feels very bad as I didn’t get a host as there is no proper support from @moderators as they are not taking issue seriously or not even taking the issue to higher management. There are no proofs at all to their end of story and chat agents not even agreeing there is an issue.
I disagree, I think the Moderators have passed along the info and the powers to be have decided it’s not a big deal.
After 17 years with Bovada, I fully believe they just don’t have anyone within the IT staff that can figure it out.
That seems impossible in 2025, but honestly not even surprising here. There have been technical issues with slots, wagering and site stability for nearly 2 decades, BUT for many people they were the best game in town still.
That is changing with outside influences and that’s why usage has dropped (both on the site and community), states are issuing cease and desist letters left and right, budgets are being cut and they are just trying to get every last drop of blood from this rock before it gets discarded.
I mean, the registered address for one of the slot providers and the site itself is the same, through the same registered agent. 
This issue is doing the world a favor. It’s single handedly curing gambling addiction, because it’s 10x more frustrating to even place a wager than actually get one in and lose.
