Mods you have to be tired apologizing and saying this is added to the ticket right?? It’s been months now and no sign of any changes. This forum thread doesn’t exactly instill any confidence for the players here because of that. Seems that our complaints, evidence, etc. is just lost in the abyss after we post here. Any comp or at least some traction would go a long ways

Why have hosted players been compensated for these same issues that we are being denied compensation on? @Jurnee_Bovada

Please be advised that hosted players have an assigned personal host that may grant them bonuses based on their eligibility. This I cannot speak on as it is at their host’s discretion.

I don’t understand why they are eligible and non-hosted players are not eligible when we’re dealing with the same issues

You guys definitely need a major update because the live lines today are absolutely horrendous… you can’t even bet on anything or see anything … all the lines are wrong and not even updated …

@mcfc104, We would like to clarify that, whether hosted or non-hosted, as moderators, we do not provide compensation directly. Our role is to act as a liaison, raising any concerns you have and if customer service cannot help you out, and we are doing our utmost to address these matters on your behalf.

Regarding the hosted players, please note that they fall outside of our scope. These players are carefully selected to be part of the host team, and it is ultimately up to the host team to decide whether any compensation or offers are provided. We hope this helps clarify the situation.

I’m sorry but it’s really hard to believe this message when mods have been sending the same thing for the past 4-5 months. Never seen an issue being “actively addressed” for this long!!

But nevertheless let’s keep sending vague updates and ask for more proof of the same issues!!! More screenshots will help, everyone!

Honestly it’s getting to the point that live betting is so bad. Maybe you guys should just take it off the board until it’s fix.

This was looking to get better for me a couple weeks ago and to clarify, i only do mean better than before, not at all completely fixed, but the last few days now have been the worst for me since the issue started last November. Screenshot below. Please add it to the ticket i guess but i feel like this is hopeless, its been half a yr of this disaster…i have more from yesterday too if it helps. These games are from monday and still pop up.

Yes i cleared cookies, cache, tried incognito, its the site.

Just reloaded and got some other games, all finished days ago…soccer if that helps.
