Are more screenshots useful at this point? Iâm happy to keep taking them and sending them all day, the issue continues to get worse, seeing games from days ago now, as I mentioned yesterday, thatâs a sign things are getting worse and itâs getting too frustrating to deal with. I know for myself that the mornings weâre usually pretty good but as the day went on, and more games finished, theyâd still continue to show. If youâd refresh then you had a chance to see the actual live games for a second but then it would change over to all of the stale games that were final. Refresh again and continue. Iâm literally having to search games one by one all the time now and Iâm losing hope that anythingâs going to get better, itâs only going to get worse is my fear since Bovada doesnât seem to have a team to fix a simple issue like this.
Itâs still valuable to provide the information, as it will help IT compare what the players submit with what we see on our end. The difficulty in fixing the issue lies in the fact that we canât replicate the problem youâre experiencing.
When there is an issue, we try to gather as much information as possible, which is why we ask questions like :
When you guys provide answers to these and the issue gets escalated to IT, for example, if many users facing a specific issue are using a particular browser, IT can then investigate what can be done.
In the case of live betting, thereâs little to no similar information provided, which makes it difficult to pinpoint the issue and determine the âwhyâ.
In my personal opinion this is the biggest issue and the reason of the " hold up". But I am no IT, and happy to switch the coffee machine on every morning.

This has been going on since November and itâs getting worse not better
It used to be that of you loved off for an extended period of time youâd get at least a couple hours of normal lines when you got back on but now it stays right away with the old lines. Like days old
And even when you get the love lines more theyâre gone almost instantly and if you get lucky and get a bet on thereâs almost no way to follow the game on the site
With all the action the next few days is going to be terrible c unless this gets fixed at some point
