****Live betting issues****

With the current situation, and all of the different smaller issues I’m at least seeing, the specific issue in this case could be that the lines just weren’t showing up. To explain, I had to refresh the page 10x or so, no exaggeration, to get live MLB games to show last night, that works sometimes.

Another issue here, besides the obvious that we’re showing the screenshots on (old/completed games showing instead of live games), the odds/totals you see on the screen aren’t always what are currently available and what’s put on the Bet Slip, have others noticed that as well? Sometimes its a decent difference,

Also, should we keep sending screenshots daily? More frequently? I don’t want to annoy you, just curious, and just interested in helping get this fixed, I can’t be doing this for months again.

We are also very interested in getting this fixed. Everything we are provided with we add to the ticket and it gets acknowledged. How long this will take, I honestly have no idea, bit I would suggest you keep sending screenshots if and when you have an issue so we can send them over to the tech team.

lol. It’s really worse in the same thread, than it was a year ago. And it’s been fixed at random times, but always regresses to this. Thanks for your interest in fixing this, Paul! Perhaps one day it will result in progress, but honestly, who knows.

the live betting is straight up unuseable 60% + of the time. And you want people to keep sending in the exact same screen shots saying the same thing, over and over, with no permanent results.

We do apologize for this @rizzler , but we need to relay any issues occuring to the team with regards to live betting that is why we always ask for screenshot as they are advising us to provide it when adding it to the ticket. Thanks for understanding

I am so sick of sending screenshots. Much deeper problem. So hard to place a wager. Someone at bovada log on and try to place a wager. You will know exactly what every player is talking about.

All of the screenshots and complaints you’ve shared have already been added to the ticket. I’m really sorry, but there’s nothing further we can do from our side at this point. The matter is now with the team, and they’ll be the ones to review and look into it.

I think we would all be much happier if the site simply took live betring down until this issue was fixed

Its largely unusable anyways and the fact there’s not a banner up stating there’s an issue is crazy work. This has been ongoing in this iteration for days again now with the same issue having been recurring for the better part of 10 months

It’s not fair to the people who deposit to put their money on the site and then find that a large segment of what people play isn’t functional

Just take it down. Get it fixed. Move on

This constant leaving it up and getting a “fix” for 3/5/7 days only to see it devolve back into anarchy is not working for anyone

I’m really sorry you’ve had to deal with this for so long guys. You’re absolutely right, it isn’t fair when players deposit expecting to enjoy the full experience, only to find a major feature like live betting not working properly.

I’ve shared your feedback, screenshots with the team so they know exactly how disruptive this has been.
And I keep asking you guys to share whenever you can, so we add more and more, even one screenshot and account matter, I add them right away please.

While we can’t take live betting down, I do want to assure you that the issue is being worked on, and I’ll keep pushing for updates.

Can you inform customer service that there are issues going on. It’s kind of a slap in the face being told there’s nothing wrong with the live betting.

I think something that would help assuage a lot of us is for the site in whole to admit there’s an issue

You guys on the mod team are doing what you can but it’s infuriating for the players to contact CS looking for an update or comp to be told there’s “no issues”

A, lot of us here c talk with other players and i personally haven’t came across one person who isn’t having this issue

A, banner/ public acknowledgement that this is an issue would go a long ways

I understand how frustrating it must feel to be told there’s nothing wrong while you’re clearly experiencing issues.
From Support’s side, they may not always see this as a “major issue,” especially since information like site banners (for maintenance, for example) is handled differently.

Chats are also reviewed individually, and while they are monitored, not every single one gets linked back to the same problem.

Here on the forum, it’s easier for us to spot patterns since everything is posted in the same thread, so we can clearly see how many people are experiencing the issue.

The challenge is that this problem comes and goes, and often it can’t be replicated from our end. So if you contact Support at a time when it happens to be working, they may say there are no issues, while at the same time, several other players could be reporting the exact same thing. That’s when it becomes recognized as something bigger.

I’ve passed along your feedback to the team. I’ll keep pushing for updates and making sure your concerns are heard.

Timing is very important, along with knowing how many players are affected and exactly what the issue is. If you experience the same problem or even something slightly different, please share it. That’s why I keep asking for screenshots, because they really help us pass along clear evidence to the team. :yellow_circle:
