Been terrible all day, haven’t had a chance to post but heres what i see right now, refreshed 10x, at least theyre from earlier today and not three days ago? Just kidding, this stinks.
@Brooke_Bovada its the same issue weve been describing here, when trying to live bet, games that have been over a while, most times days, appear instead of actual live games. Soccer is the worst for me so most of my screenshots are from the live soccer page.
I know there are a lot of posts here but, respectfully, we just all need to get on the same page. Its been the same thing over and over.
As always, ill just say, i appreciate all you mods do, we just need your help to keep pressing the team that csn actually fix this, they did something to help with the same issue months ago, it couldn’t have magically have just gotten better for a little bit, we need them to do whatever it was again, maybe a better long time fix.
I will also add this, there are other issues with live betting too, like sometimes what you see on the screen is not what populates in the bet slip when selected, but what i described above is making it the most difficult to live bet, what most of us are focused on here, others can chime in and agree or disagree.
We truly understand the frustration you feel with the live betting @Camelwak1257 , we added to the ticket the screenshot you provide along with your feedback and we appreciate your understanding during this time.
There are definitely some issues with live betting. It is bringing up games that ended the previous day. After several browser refresh it is good but this is very problematic.

I wish they would figure out what causes this and fix it. The customer service agent had no idea what I was talking about and told me that everything is fine from their end. I am just happy that I am not the only one having these issues. Yes this is an ongoing issue that comes and goes for the past several years.

I dont understand. We have mods in here saying they understand we are having issues then as soon as I check with customer service, they say the site is fine. I send 10 screenshots showing them it isn’t. They said back clear cookies and go on incognito mode every time. Are y’all even trying to fix it? Real question. Cause if CS doesn’t even know about it, obviously nothing os changing.
