It’s no longer just the live lines for me. The whole site is unusable.
As I mentioned above, we do have a ticket open where we add all the issues being reported, and we’re also tracking them here in this thread. The reason you might hear customer service say the site is fine is because, at that exact moment, it could be working normally on their end. A lot of the time when we or support check, the site does work, which is why they suggest clearing cache or using incognito, those steps often help in the moment. But just because those fixes are suggested doesn’t mean we aren’t aware of a bigger issue, that’s why we’re continuing to track reports.
Just to clarify, this has been communicated with CS, but since the issue doesn’t happen all the time, it can seem like it’s not on their radar. Usually, it pops up around when more people are trying to bet, and that’s when we start seeing more reports here as well. Customer service themselves can’t fix the problem, it’s something our IT team needs to handle. That’s why we’ve been adding all the screenshots and details to the ticket that was created specifically for these line issues.
I’ve added all the comments and screenshots you all have shared to the ticket. At the moment, there’s no new update from the team that I can pass along, but as soon as we hear anything, we’ll share it here.

Btw I also switch to desktop version still same issue … anyways you can relay this to IT ? It just sucks that you can play live ? Platform was good until this please just fix the issue man

How many days of issues is it going to take before compensation can be given out. Pretty ridiculous to not be able to get anything for this.
New day…same old issues. Why is Bovada having so many problems with live betting? Sure takes the fun out of my sports betting. I guess it might be time to research other sites. This sucks!!

it’s being investigated for half a year now. interesting. Live betting has been a mess for months now (was running smoothly for 1 month only). Back to the same mess. Clearly what resolved the issue last time was a deep server Maintenace. What is teh most frustrating is your guys absolute lack of communication with CS agents who claim everyday there is no issue going on and no reports about the topic. Are they trained to lie? Of course they are. Because if they admit there is an issue, they’d have to offer compensation.
