it’s being investigated for half a year now. interesting. Live betting has been a mess for months now (was running smoothly for 1 month only). Back to the same mess. Clearly what resolved the issue last time was a deep server Maintenace. What is teh most frustrating is your guys absolute lack of communication with CS agents who claim everyday there is no issue going on and no reports about the topic. Are they trained to lie? Of course they are. Because if they admit there is an issue, they’d have to offer compensation.

It’s not always that easy, there are times when we don’t receive any reports for days, and then suddenly something happens and the posts start coming in. The team is actively checking into this though, and your feedback is appreciated.

Yes but clearly there are multiple reports here in this forum and the moderators claim there is an open ticket with all these reports. However, when I reach out to cs and even yesterday when I spoke to my host all of them insisted there have been no reports made about any live betting issues since the last time it was acknowledged and in their words resolved this past Wednesday

There is an open ticket, and screenshots/comments from accounts are added as soon as we receive them. This thread has been open since last year, so every time a live betting issue comes up, we add reports here instead of creating new posts, and move the new once created by you guys here, so we have it all together.

The issue doesn’t always appear for everyone, it’s not constant. For some of you live betting works fine, while for others it doesn’t, which makes it trickier to pin down. That said, it is being reported, and the IT team has looped in the sports team to monitor players, betting activity, and what could be causing the issue.

Next time you speak with your host, feel free to share this thread link with them so they have full context.
