A million screenshots have been sentā¦ old games pop up new games donāt ā¦. When they do the scores arenāt updated some scores are stuckā¦ look at my history i literally only live bet so this has been bad

Perfect example the bulldogs and tigresses game ended a long time ago but the games that are live now wonāt show unless you refresh a million timesā¦ itās probably best for yall to freeze the live games until itās fixedā¦
Thatās bsā¦. CS should know! No excuse either that or lack of communication. They donāt seem to careā¦ and say everything is fine when Iām sure theyāve got a millions live chat complaints
Itās crapā¦ we get no sort of answer just itās been escalated. I never complain but itās been weeks now!!! A maintenance update was just donāt and still canāt fix the issue? Why are yall not transparent and say whatās really going on and give us a time frame so us a players are not out of the loop

Cyprus game is at the 4Q now!! What if I was to wager it thinking that was the score??? I know itās our responsibility but still not cool
actually been nearly a year, and the same types of issues. You can see some of these same screen shot types from this same thread I started close to a year ago.

I been using bovada for 10+ years , it has never been this bad. This issue is tragic. I see all you guys comments. I remember a time bovada was a useable site. If anyone ever find a solution to this madness please let me know

Still having issues with live betting. Live lines arent showing lines that are live but games that have ended. CS is awful as well saying there arent any issues and told me to restart my router and arent even offering compensation. Bovada sucks plenty of other offshore books

Good to see more people coming here to communicate that theyāre seeing these issues as well, itās not just us either, lots of non-community members have to be seeing this, the fact that CS doesnt know anything about it is concerning no matter what, either our complaints arenāt getting though (or counting) or the internal communication (that should be stating that we are saying this) isnāt getting through to them. If Iām a mod Iād be concerned that your reports that youāre passing through on our behalf arenāt making a difference or being communicated properly.
Look, Iām going to be repeating myself here, but we went through this same thing already months ago, something had to of been done on your end, at least to fix it temporarily, so it was at least more usable, it didnāt just fix itself magically, or are we under the impression that it did? Sorry, itās just a frustrating thing to see and need to deal with even if bovada doesnāt see it on their end, weāre all seeing it on our end.

The cs in community forums are usually more helpful but still they cant do much. The CS live chats are awful I had to explain to them one time what a round robin was and they kept thinking it was a parlay. They literally read off of a script I showed them evidence of issues with live betting and told them to look at the community forum and they just said it was a issue with my router??? Yeah its my fault that E-Sports is showing live lines from 3 days ago surely thats my internet lmao. For the record they still havent fixed it and arent going to. Bovada has gone downhill for the past year now. You could have 1000+ people having the issues ( people have had the same issues talking about it on X ) and CS still would read the same script
they are much better here, without them I donāt know where weād be, I do believe they are sending these screenshots over, I donāt believe the team that needs to be working on this is doing much after that unfortunately, I mean they donāt seem to be giving the mods much to bring back here in return. Iām not sure if they need more complaints, just canāt figure it out, or what, thatās the tough part to understand. Iām with the group here, it is becoming to be too much without seeing anything of substance coming back.
The live CS was awful. I believe around 2 years ago they out sourced their CS to some random country and fired everyone. There is a post on reddit about a previous Bovada host that showed proof they worked for them and they gutted their entire CS team the only people who werenāt fired were there to train the new people and once training was over they fired them as well. Also majority of them speak broken english for the basic customer service they prob outsourced to india or something like every company. They really do not care about complaints either it doesnāt affect them at all.

There is no excuse for how long they have allowed this sports wagering platform to function brokenly. A lot of us spend a lot of money here and deserve better. For a chat agent to tell a daily gambler everything is fine is absurd.
