That makes no sense, since you guys stated there was a global ticket created and being worked on which was created due to these complaints.
100% True. All i get told is to clear me cache and cookies. Which has been done 1000 times. That is not the fix.
One additional thing that should be concerning from Bovadaâs end, besides frustrating those who are spending a lot of money here currently, is that a new user may see this and think a few different things, one may be that this site operates like this, what is this? and they quickly leave because of that, an incredibly bad first impression. They may also not completely recognize the issue itself and just not find the live games they want to bet on and think thatâs the norm, Bovada doesnât have the games they want live, then they move on simply because of that. If they even make it to reaching out to the regular CS team to ask about it, theyâre then told everything is fine and normal, the site has never been running better.
What I donât understand is why they donât do a deep Maintenace like last time. Everyone and their mom knows thatâs exactly what fixed it last time after the issue persisted for months. This is exactly the same scenario as last year. Floods of complaints here on chat, CS not acknowledging any issues, Mods asking for 1000 screenshots without anything getting fixed. Then one day, they decided to shut down live sports for a whole night, they ran a deep server Maintenace (Or whatever they did that night) And BOOM, the next day live betting was back to normal. For a few months it was working perfectly, and now the issues started again last month. We all know where this is going and what ULTIMATELY the solution will be. So they might Aswell do it now.

Has anyone at Bovada viewed the âticketâ or responded to moderators internally in any way in regards to live betting? We havenât been provided a single update, actually ever, on what is being done or any progress in fixing the issue. Just everyday is another day of collecting screenshots. Iâm in sales. If I sold a broken product to a customer and never offered a fix to what I sold them, my customers would not be this patient.

We havenât received any information about that. If that were to happen you would likely be notified via player message.
Itâs actually patronizing at this point to be asked to show screen shots, then say âadded to the ticket! :)â The ticket is 27,000 screen shots long, all saying the same thing. You guys just avoid saying anything substantial, to avoid compensating valued customers, for what has been an obvious issue for a very long time. What a sad state of things, for such a long time too
If the team requires us to escalate screenshots, we will continue to request them. Screenshots are necessary for them to properly review whatâs happening and confirm if the same issue persists. If you have additional screenshots, please do share them so we can keep pushing this forward.
