My Parlay Was Voided?

Can someone explain this to me… my parlay was voided because one player did not play.

Parlay was
Bet 1 - To Record a Double Double - Goga Bitadze (ORL @ MIL)
Bet 2 - To Record a Double Double - P.J. Washington Jr. (DAL @ OKC)

Goga Bitadze Bet won, but PJ Washington did not play so therefore he was voided, but why was my whole parlay voided?

I contacted chat support and they are just copy pasting random rules that don’t even apply to my bet, I read the rules itself and it says

What happens if one of my players does not participate?

Single bets will be voided. Accumulators (parlays) that are custom built by users may still be resulted if the remaining legs are considered valid according to our rules.

Why would one player not playing in a different game make the other player in a different game invalid? In parlays, if one leg gets voided/cancelled the rest of the parlay continues on.

2 leg props are auto voided if one leg doesn’t play

Or if you have a 3 player and 2 don’t play its void as well ( and so on )

That is true haha, just didnt know that rule was a thing, that’s only for props though right, i feel like I’ve never ran into this situation before
