As per the Help section:
Cash Out is not available for all events or wager types.
We do have the Bug Bounty Program if you wanna check that out.
But all the above are under scope as we had lots of negative comment on the new layout. Change is not guaranteed but we will try.
yeah but has the team actually said they will FIX the issues? Have they acknowledged these are issues or just taking it as feedback? This is important and it wasn’t answered. Cash out isn’t available now because of an issue, Open Bets aren’t showing up where they are supposed to be.
They are working on fixing them. We’ve received a lot of reports and feedback from players, and those have been passed along to the team.
Whether it will be reverted back to the previous version, we don’t have any information at this time. We haven’t been advised if those changes are permanent or if they’ll be changed back.
As soon as we receive any official updates, we’ll be sure to share them.

Don’t know where to post this but why is there still an issue with pending wager. Parlay still alive and it does not show on “open wager” but when I clicked all transactions I found my pending parlay that have not lost at all. Since it’s not on open wager I don’t get to take advantage of cash out early option. Is this normal or a glitch. Been happening many times since this new layout

Why does my active wagers keep disappearing? This new layout is the worst.
Hi @CMiller1911, thank you for reaching out. To view the details of your pending wagers, please go to your Transaction History by clicking the Profile icon and selecting Transactions from the dropdown menu.
Once there, you should see the Filter option, as shown in the screenshot below. Select Sports , then choose Open Bets to view your pending wagers.
That doesn’t give me the option to cash out or anything. I know how to find my wagers. I’m talking about the regular way. I shouldn’t see (1) on the bets tab, but then I click on it, nothing shows up.
Please be advised that not all wagers are eligible for Cash Out. Additionally, the Cash Out option may be suspended or become unavailable at any time during the progression of the game.
If Cash Out is available, i’s not guaranteed throughout the entire event.
Please understand that it should still show that you have an open bet, whether a cash out is available or not.
I’ve actually enjoyed the new layout up until today, when I experienced the same bug that everyone else is. Had a parlay going, had excellent cash out opportunities yet the bet ceased to exist under Open Bets or Cash Out. As the mods previously mentioned, it did appear under Transactions however we all know that you can’t cash out under transactions.
Hope Bovada makes this right because now, the changes are affecting people’s money.
The same thing happened to me this afternoon — I placed this bet. All the games finished, and I had one game left: Tigers vs. Giants.
I wanted to cash out at one point because it was looking risky (that’s usually when I cash out bets like this), but it disappeared from my open bets and showed up under ‘All Transactions’ instead. I’m glad it worked out my way Tigers won but this is a bug that needs to be fixed ASAP.

The open bet disappears once you’ve only got 1 open leg
So if you bet a single it never shows up
If you bet a parlay it will be in open bet until you lose OR until there’s only 1 open leg
That’s why there’s no cash out option available because the system is set up to not show the bet once you reach the point where it would be available at the highest level
This has been happening since the update as best i can tell so best guess is it was part of the update not a bug ( so to speak )
I had 3 different plays today get to the last leg and 4 yesterday
As soon as there was only 1 open leg left the bet was just completely gone from open bets
I had noticed it before but never thought about it being done on the site end as part of the update until a few days ago then started to track out
It’s 100% of the time so far since I’ve been paying close attention to it
