@moderators can someone please update us ??? It’s been really frustrating getting wagers in. I don’t even know if it go through or not and bets are duplicates and bets are processing constantly and it’s getting frustrating @Dominic @Maddie @Brooke_Bovada

Bets are being stuck also when processing forever. Cannot place other wagers

Hi @Tdyz_123, the alert you received is to notify you that the line/ odds you selected change once it’s a live game it will be update during the progress of the game. Everything seems to be working fine on my end.
Haha amazing explanation read better people’s posts before replying. This issue its been ongoing for a week. He bet at +3.5 and accepted in green but in transactions it’s at +1.5. It happened to me sometime this week as well. How can you say no issues ??

Brooke, it’s live but never process until I refresh the bet did you see the screen shots? Please fix the problem. It’s not our fault that the bets are lagging and processing takes forever. You replying to what I said that I’m wrong ? It’s you guys issue that is occuring

It’s amazing that your replying to the issue but not fixing the issue. Where are the updates? It’s not just me complaining, it’s everyone else on this topic saying the samething.

Also Brooke, we just need some explanation and some updates on fixing the issue and not saying on your end it’s all rainbows and works fine because on our end it is broken and does not work. So please help us fix the problem so we can all move on

Chiming in on this now as it caused duplicate bets to be placed. I immediately notified CS and was told to reach back out to see if an exception could be made if any of the lines were graded as a loss. Needless to say that upon reaching back out the response was nothing could be done.
Tech team advised that there were few nodes not working as it was expected. They’ve isolated them from the rest of the cluster to provide steady traffic. I’ve asked for possible ETA on this matter.
This has been occurring off and on almost daily for over a week, with multiple escalations, screenshots, posts, etc. Is there an ETA to an actual real permanent fix?
Especially now that you have users getting double wagers, from trying to refresh in the middle of this bug, like I warned about a week ago when it started?
The issue is currently in a mitigated state. It is being monitored throughout the day.

i’ve missed some key bets b/c of this issue. the odds changed and was cancelled.

I have missed a number of spread moves because of this issue. Also it seems if the odds turn against me the bet goes through at the original price. How is the odds improve due to the delay it makes me replay the bet with the new odds. This is absolute garbage and has cost me a lot of money. Not to mention your book is down now
Terrible, what happened to Bovada? Seems like there’s a problem with something every other day. Do better

Come on! This is friggin ridiculous, can’t even place live bets to hedge, how does this happen and how does it take hours to fix?
We all know Bovada made a killing this past month in previous crypto deposits, they should have enough contractors to fix this asap.

Yes. I have made sport bets and it just keeps processing and sometimes when it is accepted…the odds are not the same as when bet is placed. Bovada…you are better than this.
