Can anyone share their game play experience as far as slots and blackjack? I was playing blackjack and the dealer went 22 rounds hands straight without bussing. Highly unusual and I haven’t seen anything like it. I asked the moderators if they could take a look into this and I got a reply first saying they were looking into it ,then shortly after they stated it was random generated… ???

Displayer should be able to get his game log of blackjack since it wasn’t alive. That should be available for any player to see their history.

Look at the screenshot I shared with you, The moderator basically stated that It was verified that during game play the dealer went 22 hands without bussing…

Ive noticed different variations of how the blackjack is dealt. ( the regular bovada blackjack). Like when the cards are delivered lightning fn fast almost glitchy that bovada will rip your tits off in those sessions, then sometimes the cards will come out slower and almost in a high def kinda way and you feel like its more fair and easier to relax and play. Why the changes in speed and the techniques they use as far as that theory must be some kind of method they use etc idk but when i see them come out all ridiculous and fast i just close out and play something else.

its changed so much, yes they have done that to me! i get 18 they get 19, 9 get 20 they get 21, back to back to back, or i get 6 16 in a row, they have 4 blackjack in a row, then you go to customer service because we all know thats bs, and they give you these bs reasons, and of course as we know there favorite thing to tell you is they use a “random generator” and they understand how frustrating it could be, etc. Your not talking to live people, its all ai prompted responses, thats why we get the same message. 25 dollar deposit, not once did it get over 25 dollars, 3 dollar hands,…bonus funds are the worst, they take those so fast, you might not win a single hand

yea instead of them asking you if you have a screenshot of it, or recorded! theyll know exactly what you’re talking about! explain it, and still try to not honor you for your concern
argue with yourself and fix these problems, we all getting the same response for the same kind of bs!

The issue you reported was escalated by the CS agent you spoke to
correct and hasnt been the first time, and still hasnt been reviewed nor responded to.
