The team has investigated the issue and asked that you clear your browser history and cache, then reload the page using Google Chrome and try logging in again. Please let us know if it works.

I can’t speak for anyone else but the website isn’t even loading to try. Multiple browsers, incognito mode on them as well. Cache cleared.

It is not the cache or browser it’s your website. I’ve done all this trouble shooting, tried multiple devices and browsers

Could you please clear your browsing history and cache for all time , then restart your device and try again? If it still doesn’t work, I’ll notify the team for further investigation.

I’ve done this. This isn’t a solution when this is happening to the broader community

I understand. However, the team is asking that this be completed so they can check each individual account. Once that’s done, we can proceed from there.

I can get to the log in screen now hit it still won’t let me actually log in

Team is obviously not capable of fixing issue as it persists to all off us

I also made an attempt on my end, and it allowed me to log in after refreshing. Is anyone else able to log in now?

I can log in but that’s it. It’s still loading the website.

And going back to offline page.

Yeah the issue is even when you get to the log in screen it almost never works and in the rare times it does you can’t navigate anywhere anyways
