@Trojanman60 I can understand your feeling completely with the launch of the hot drop jackpot before compensation but with ideas and plans to release something like this; they are planned months in advance which would’ve been well before the issues first started. So although I can see how it can be frustrating to have this release while waiting for compensation; the start date for the new jackpots were made well before and just carried out.
If there’s so many issues still ongoing with the site like cs people say. Wouldn’t it be a risk of causing more issues to add this new promotion.
We will all appreciate a swift response cuz I don’t really see any changes as of increasing security.
The thing is people are sick of hearing different stories and y’all not following y’all’s no excuse guidelines. In December although the site was completely down for days y’all handled this a lot more professionals and let customers know what was going on. Now y’all are doing the total opposite many players including myself deposit thousands and it’s a slap in the face when y’all act bothered that we continue to ask.

Update: My bitcoin was in my hot wallet in under 50 minutes, converted to USD, and now is in transit to my bank account (June 8th, 3:45 p.m. CST). I absolutely do gripe as much (or probably even more than anyone), but 2 things I do like: (1) they process bitcoin cashouts really fast and (2) the anonymity provided in their unique poker software makes it difficult (if not virtually impossible) for other players at your table to track your play via a Heads-Up Display, etc. long-term.
You won’t hear any argument here. I think everyone is entitled to check in every day/every hour if they want. Its 100% your right to ask for any updates on the process and I don’t blame anyone at all for doing so as I would be doing the exact same thing

I agree , I just talked with CS about a no deposit bonus and I mentioned not being happy with all the problems that the site has had over the past few weeks with the DDoS . The first response they sent me was a link for referrals. , I am like there is no way in hell that I would refer anybody to this site right now , maybe when it gets fixed. Their response was ih I completely understand that. Its just a link for information. How can you possibly have these CS Reps asking us to refer new customers with the way things are being handled right now.
