If you are able to search for “Crypto Exclusive” in the Community, you will find several threads from a few weeks ago when these changes took effect for the Crypto Exclusive program, hundreds of comments of conversations about it. The mods can probably confirm if your account had changes or not, because it widely varies now by account.

@Littlejon3 the ability for most to use reading comprehension is lost. This is not a dig at the last poster you were responding to.
These threads are filled with tons of opinions and bs. The info the mods have provided although limited has been exactly the same.
Once again Bovada had messed up as a company in dealing with this issue. They should correct it as best as possible.
Separately the Crypto exclusive program is another ball of wax that I think their disenfranchising their customers. I don’t have their numbers supporting the change or their mindset

Short of we are providing x,y,and z is there anything a @moderators can say to please the "masses " the answer is no. Even if they were at this time able to provide that information. The “masses” would still be be like a bunch of toddlers who got fish sticks vs dinoosaur chicken nuggets. Crying and grandstanding

I am addicted to Bovada and lost a down payment here. I have to say this interruption of service does help me taking a break and easing my addiction. Life without bovada is another world and can be good too

@king0321 yeah, everyone is acting like Bovada is costing them so much money. When actually Bovada is saving people tons of money. So many people want to pretend Bovada has a master plan…when in reality, they are losing so much money in all of this. The only people that want Bovada back faster than the customers is Bovada.
