so looks like your not doing anything for your customers last week cam and went already i see the same shit here not good i will not deposit anything big until its cleaned up. no updates no anything

I’ve deposited a few times since this error and the ddos attacks finally gets mentioned. I refuse to deposit anymore till that error message goes away. Very frustrating that my compensation was $16 and it’s still been a issue. Can’t get ahold of anyone in chat when you try, my last deposit slots we’re so choppy and kept freezing. I love you guy’s but has me questioning if worth making another deposit till the error goes away! Thanks for all you do in trying to get resolved but it’s definitely keeping me from wanting to deposit especially after last experience I had few days ago. Hope the compensation picks up as well! Thank you

People are going to deposit like crazy after we receive comp, and 85% of people immediately lose it all

Agree the inactive accounts at HOF status I’d assume they wouldn’t receive anything. If you don’t mind me asking what did you receive in December?

I didn’t receive anything, nor any loss back from the 5k this past month.

I got 1250 in December. I want more then that today. Experiencing all these issues in relatively short order is not good

The thing is how will bovada know how hard you were affected by all of this that’s why it’ll mainly be based off of tier and activity

I’m not depositing anymore until I’m compensated. This is ridiculous. No word from in days and weeks and constantly being kicked out of games, not being able to place bets and not being able to sign in.

There hasn’t been any problems placing bets this week from my experience. :rofl:

That being said, there were issues before placing bets, hesitancy to play poker, and fear of personal information risk, that’s what has the old-timers pretty upset.

I’m HOF and I have been depositing like normal. There have been problems mainly with poker and jack pot sit and goes. Very frustrating but bovada takes care of it’s valued customers. I’m not worried just a little frustrated with how long it’s taking.

I’d do a god dang back flip for $300 lol not happening. The one time I cashed out on bovada a few months ago I got a check by courier for $675. Keep in mind I was probably down a few grand before that. At least. My bank won’t accept it the bank that submitted the check is on a blocked list aka shady AF. All I have gotten from customer service is repeated emails detailing how to ā€œcorrectlyā€ deposit the check as if I haven’t tried every possible way. ā€œPut in an envelope and deposit via ATMā€ has to be the dumbest BS I’ve ever heard. The deposit is still going to the same authorities that denied it in the first place. You can’t bypass the US fed lol. Stuck with $675 worth of paper.

Why choose check by courier for $675? Why not btc or any crypto to a wallet or a crypto marketplace like Paxful?
