Getting absolutely scammed on the slots right now. Another jackpot that won’t hit. Multiple spins have been taken. This site is unusable. Crickets on updates. Get the IT off rolling out new games and fix the existing issues. Unbelievably greedy decisions being made by Bovada. What a miserable last month.

I first posted an hour ago, currently nothing working on my end and from what I see along with what I confirmed with customer service there are a ton of folks having issues.

What are the exact issues? Not in anyway being sarcastic. If you could provide the info and tag the @moderaters they have been more than helpful with individual issues not related to the ddos attack

Moderators are already aware, there’s a separate thread out there. Slots will load up, as soon as you hit spin you get an immediate error message and poof your money is gone.

Hi, I have remained for the most part silent during this whole debacle. However, I came to see what the latest update was to find out there is still site issues. Here are the questions as a player you have to ask yourself now.

  1. If this site can’t address a technical issue that’s been going on for a month what gives you confidence they will be able to handle any future issues?

  2. Why do we think after this issue is resolved these attacks won’t happen again?

  3. When have these attacks occurred?

  4. Is this “attack” really what they say it is?

5, What makes you believe Bovada is being fully transparent with what’s happening?

6, If they address and answer all these questions what compensation will make you forget all the questions raised?

From reports on here when they have gotten attacked it looks like parts of the site are compromised and people get weird texts and phone calls. If your information isn’t compromised then why does it happen when site issues spike.
