She’s referring to the casino outage that just happened. Probably some bugs with their rollout while fighting this attack.

It is all connected. These excuses and no transparency. There’s a reason for it. There’s also a reason why bovada says “your money is safe” but doesn’t say anything about your private information.

The casino outage didn’t just happen, shits been down for 5+ hours now. Sorry just had to correct that.

I can’t say for sure if this is in relation to the recent DDoS attacks as it’s still being investigated; however, updates regarding the lengthy issues you’re referring to will be provided pretty soon during this week.

I can understand vague timeliness, obviously if they’ve been hacked or whatever the F may be going on is going to take time, that’s clear in any situation like this. The lack of transparency from there is the baffling part. We’re going on an effing month now of this garbage.

No one is personally attacking the mods, but when their site has a disclaimer to come here for answers and it’s 5000+ messages of people with no answers then it’s just a shell of a support team.

It was a DDoS attack but could have been more or not
It could still be going on or not
The slot issue could be related but maybe not
Compensation is coming or maybe not
The site banner is now cool and blue

I’ve been one to not say much throughout this whole situation. But now that we’re almost a month into it and the fact I’ve had pry a few too many morgan/diets I’m finally venting because it is bullshit. I’ve lost way more than I care to admit with bovada and the fact this is continuing to happen is infuriating. My thought after the first week was shut the damn site down, figure things out and proceed from there. I know I’d be way less disgusted with all of this if I never had a chance to be disappointed with all of it in the first place!

The reply was trash. When did I call anyone trash. The way she/he wrote something that gave no information whatsoever is the same story we have been getting for weeks. It is really ■■■■ed up the way Bovada has gone about this. I’m pissed. Over the years, I’ve probably deposited 250k plus and it really has been beyond disrespect at this point.
