Been monitoring this thread for the last few weeks. When I spun yesterday and it errored out I thought it was no big deal…kept trying…kept trying…kept trying…until I realized I was being charged for these spins…I was at a rage level I don’t feel often. An agent indicated to me that spins are given a random code and although the screen showed an error the spin actually processed in the background and if it was a winner it would have been added to my balance. Makes sense I guess but hard not to be skeptical. It at least calmed me down some.
Bovada has me forever because of the easy and lightning quick payouts. I moved here 5 years ago…30m reward points red room blah blah blah. I too have seen what were no brainer spot bonuses or deposit matches disappear completely over the last 3 weeks…and I am a very bad player. One time I even threatened to leave over the past three weeks for the drastic change in bonuses and loss of even the crypto program. They basically called my bluff and said see ya…and let me tell you I am a super profitable player for them.
Either they have been saving bonus dollars to do something big here today…or it’s just the way its gon a be from here on out…but what is clear to me is none of us…not even all of us collectively in the chat…make a bit of difference to Bovada…they are fine with or without us…there just so large. So either we accept it and play or don’t…it really doesn’t matter to Bovada.
