Stop chatting with customer service about this. They all have different answers and none of them know what’s going on.

Stop getting mad at the lack up updates from mods. They have no incentive to hold information that they were supposed to share. I know they aren’t giving you the answer you want, but accepting that is part of being an adult. It’s embarrassing I even need to say this.
