I really want to take my kid to the arts festival (get ****ed up) and this website issue has caused me a huge loss (I lose 2k in deposits a week). Can anybody spare $20, I have a sure thing!

Why would he say after the slots issues are settled if it wasnāt going to be after the slots issues were settled? Do you guys even know what amount each tier will get?
