Please take a look at these images and tell me why I should stay after receiving $50 in reward points for a three week issue that caused disruptions to my play. Other mods and service reps promised that the compensation would be given out based on activity and tier level. How are loyal customers not being rewarded for their loyalty through an entire DDOS attack? I just can’t understand the business philosophy here.
It seems my loyalty has been to a fault, I’m sorry to say.

take the reward points and put it on draymond having over 7.5 points. only way youll get more $ out of this place
@James explain to me why in December I got 200 with 1x rollover and had very little to no issues for a 3 day outage. Now I have lost thousands to issues in casino and poker games and tournaments but I only get $14 in points for a 3 week issue??? This is a straight slap in the face .

I havent recieved any comp other than the slots from last night. So I can’t imagine Ddos attack comps have been sent or at least completed. I have numerous posts of issues affecting me directly the first week. So we will see.
