Yea I don’t play casino either but chat agent said the 50k was for casino and we already got our compensation for the cyber attack. Meanwhile moderators said we will be getting a major compensation based on activity once threat is gone….

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A HOST AND THEY CONFIRMED THIS IS 100% RELATED TO THE CASINO ISSUE YESTERDAY AND THE DDOS ISSUE THAT POPPED UP AGAIN YESTERDAY. THEY ARE ABLE TO GIVE A BLANK GENERAL BONUS FOR THAT BECAUSE IT WAS SO RECENT.
SHE CONFIRMED THIS IS NOT FOR THE 3 WEEK ISSUE THEY COULDN"T RESOLVE. DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAD DIFFERENT ISSUES AND NEED TO BE COMPENSATED ACCORDINGLY DURING THAT TIMe.

There’s clearly no communication from top to bottom in this organization. Mods say one thing, reps say another, personal reps say another, twitter account posts gifs and memes without actual updates, and nobody who actually has any power at the top seems to communicate with anybody down the ladder about anything.
To say I’m disappointed is a massive understatement
@moderators Please Clarify how i got $200 to $250 back in december for a 3 day outage that costed me $0.00 But now i lost thousands to these issues and have way more deposits and its a 3 Week outage and get a absurd $14.00 This is a straight slap in the face to me and all the other players who experienced this. WTF is up with that?

I’m never gonna threaten to leave in all honesty where I am BOVADA is the best book for me , and will make things right . Like they usually do , this time is just a big mess up apparently .
Everyone threatening to leave just leave and check your account in one week for serious compensation . Instead of threatening every 23 seconds that you are leaving .

There’s so much misinformation in here from other members and even chat support that it’s hard to keep up and even know what is real anymore. Would be nice if a MODERATOR could come in and confirm because it seems like they are the only ones who actually know what’s going on but refuse to answer any questions in here
