Money2B… I agree.

It is just a bunch of people with torches at this point. I just want them to ease people’s worry regarding missing money… Live betting going in and out… slots not paying out right or people’s free spins disappearing… and all the other issues that have arisen. I just feel as though they’ve missed the mark which sucks considering as much as I dog them if they f**k up… I give them props when it is due. Right now, they are just miserably missing the mark. They could have avoided a lot of people leaving.

Idk, I must not be the only one getting ignored by private messaging the mods you’d think that would be a reliable way to contact them. This is the first time I’ve been allowed to log in to my community account in over 3 days. I had my account disabled for over 72 hours and had to reverify change my phone number etc. Now I’ve been getting spam marketing calls from Panama or wherever when this is a relatively new number so yeah good luck getting a hold of live chat through the website I’ve been trying for the past five six hours solid emailed and emailed the only ones that got responses were the ones verifying my account after 3 days. And I’ve messaged just about every mod that’s in the community and no response whatsoever about the technical issues I’ve been having so sorry to complain guys just really running out of options here.

The trouble continues. I can’t access cash games on the poker site but my balance gets docked anyway (when I try, that is).

My balance is restored now. I am happy and at peace.
I approached @Matty_Bovada & @freaksforum
I do not know who did what but my issue which was stuck since last 14 days was resolved in 14 minutes.
I frankly do not see eye to eye on some of the comments by both, but besides that they offered help and solved my problem.

Further to I was playing with the two other reputed sited in my 14 day hiatus and there you HAVE NO OPPURTUNITY to express yourself.

your last sentence is spot on. there is def something going on behind the scenes, and it isn’t a DDoS attack. one big red flag from earlier in the week being able to pull up the site on cell data but not on my home wifi/ISP. i think uncle sammy is knocking at the door. could we see bv do a deal with the gov’t like 5D, who knows… but you would have to be crazy, a degen, or literally no other options to be playing on this site right now.

I have 0.05 cents in my account, is there anything on this site I can use that towards while waiting for compensation? Silly question I know, but I’m steadfast in not depositing until the banner comes down off the site. I’ve realized comp is either coming or it’s not, it’s whatever at this point. Anyway, any information would be greatly appreciated! Stay strong fellow Bovada friends

Penguin payday in casino under specialty games. It’s like a scratch off game. I had 34 cents in my account and built it to $9. Used that for roulette and hit my numbers. Got to over $700 at one point. This was however when the site was stable!

Thanks for this response @Matty_Bovada. For transparency is the delay in comp (I saw you said it wouldn’t be before Monday) to players due to the negative experience because the the comp hasn’t been determined or because it hasn’t even got to the point of comp as things are still being worked through

I agree with everyone else. Took way too long to inform your loyal players. Definately not happy at all. Will play elsewhere until I see Bovada address everyone’s legit concerns.
