nah people in lower tier got less money because the points are worth less for them. My boy got like $20 out of the deal.

Severe lack of transparency/communication/etc. I mean, come on, not telling us whatās going on at all at first then no management of communication even after that. I absolutely feel the player guarantee doesnāt mean anything anymore. Itās sad to me that bovada would argue with that. This might be the worst of all.
The issues themselves costed most more than $50. For me it was mostly missed opportunities in certain games with the site unavailable, hedging, odds recād on wager not the same as what I selected, deposit issues, MANY other issues. I know others experienced more in the casino, I honestly stayed away completely once hearing those issues.
We were told numerous times that this would be based on individual activity when it clearly wasnt. Miscommunication? I donāt know, no oneās answering that, this obviously isnāt that. Check acct activity, this just seems off.
I dont know, I guess Iāll deposit less, love the live soccer thatās available, I can go elsewhere for anything else I bet, if anyone knows another site that offers the amount of games bovada does (including the degen stuff I have no business betting on) let me know through pm.

I didnāt even get the $50, or anything less than that. I am by no means a high roller, but I deposit and play (and lose) regularly and received zero compensation. Which I expected to be the case, as Iāve been waiting > 48 hours for a response to an email.

Look if they were straight up from the beginning it would be different. They couldve explained what was going on and that they were trying to keep the site up for what was working, it just seemed really wrong the way it was handled, like they wanted to just keep getting deposits no matter what, and that being truthful to players didnāt matter, that rubs me the wrong way. There are many more issues I could go through but theyāve been expressed here, my posts have been long enough anywayā¦

My last deposit was much smaller than my normal, and tbh I never thought Iād get to this point, but I think itās my last one on the site. Alternate choices might not be as user friendly, and Iām HOF here (realize that means absolutely nothing), but the last 48 hours has taken away my trust in the functionality and credibility of the site
