I know it is brother ! So the promotion team is concerned about an NBA finals bonus for us liking a tweet but not about bonuses for screwing us loyal players for 2 weeks ?? Pretty crappy if u ask me

Nobody needs to know anything about “people’s accounts”, just transparency on the issue. Why would a ddos attack cause funds to dissapear? I understand this was from multiple attempts at getting into poker tables but ddos messes with connection to site. This seems like an internal issue. Transparency has lacked and continues to lack. I don’t blame the moderators if you think that. They know what they are told or what they are told to tell!

I have been sarcastic mainly on these threads. I would say I am going to stop. However this is sarcasm with a ton of truth.

We should not fear the losses or how tight certain sections of this website have been. We should fear when we all start winning cause that’s the true end of days haha :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:. Imaging the deposits if you have hundred of people posting their wins. With the fact you can’t cash them out. Inside job from programmer at that point

Essentially they are telling us the company was/is under attack. It’s not working properly so they want us to bear with them while they fix it and then they will worry about compensating us. In the meantime however the promotion team who could be working in your compensation or bonus for our loyal customers, will be promoting our still broken site and giving the money instead to people on Twitter who click on a like button… Sounds like a fair idea to me

The interesting part is that this has gone on for so freaking long that we (their CUSTOMERS) are arguing with each other! I think a lot of us are still depositing vast sums of money, Bovada is making money like never before, the bitcoins keep rolling in, and they have realised that staying down is the best “decision” their site has ever made! So their next update will be near Christmas! :rofl:

Wasn’t that way for a 2-3hrs and the marketplace was as I said de facto shut down. Thank you for the info and screenshot.

They don’t need these hiccups on top of the other issues facing the site and players.

The mods are very helpful and I will not disparage them. They only can do what they are allowed and what they have been informed to do. So I 100% disagree with you, you are entitled to your opinion though

What else at this point as the middle man(moderaters)do you expect? They can’t or don’t have the ability to provide any information other than that that upper management has told them. Otherwise get fired or reprimanded.

Ok gang: here is one for ya! YOU set the odds for THIS parlay: (1) The site comes back up better than ever; (2) Bovada Customer Service is VASTLY better; (3) the Mods are nicer and better and more transparent; (4) the site runs smoothly in EVERY section with very few reload problems and so forth; (5) the Bonus comps actually come back into existence from their current dormant state and are VASTLY BETTER; (6) Bovada’s site loads correctly 95+% of the time; (7) ALL customers are treated with dignity, respect, and appreciation and (8) Bovada tosses out their entire IT department and actually pays good money for competent IT employees and Managers. I’ll open the odds at: +10,000,000,000. <–(I’m being optimistic on this 8-legger)!

In your first post you implied everyone here discussing when compensation would be issued was broke. With a juvenile statement like that, be prepared for folks to question your legitimacy and call you out as who you appear to be on an online forum. I had a discussion with my 10 year old the other day about bullying. You and I can sit down if you need some pointers on how not to be for humanity. Instead of acknowledging, you continued to argue and ignore the comment that pissed everyone off in the first place. Seems a bit impolite and cowardice.
