I have 10 times more points on bovada than slots yet they gave me 50k points and bovada 40k for first outage comps. Slots seems to dish out random rewards way more often.
Hey Iām not on anyoneās side. Bovada is a business. I own a business.
The problem is social media has its great attributes and poor attributes just like people. However, day to day we will never encounter the amount of people social media allows us too.
Bovada has certainly made many mistakes IMO. I will fault the company not the individuals. Too many posters i believe like you are being opportunists.
My life will go on and yours will as well. Bovada will provide comps or they wonāt. Either way there will be countless people upset. Such is life

I was just advised that all that jackpot sit and gos Iāve been kicked out off. They have no record of it and will not be compistating me for any of them. Theyāre is no record of all the times they kicked me out the tournaments. So anyone that is in the same boat as me you will not be refunded. I am at a lose of words but honestly I knew it was going to happen. Even after all the issues they had I still deposited to bet on sports. I am honestly lost of words. I will never make another deposit and I urge others to do the same.

Hello, not sure if this is related to the outage but it is related to the customer service of bovada. I have a bonus of 50000 that I have been trying to claim and it gives me an error thatās says to try a different bonus. When I contacted customer service, they are yelled me the instructions on how to claim a bonus. Perhaps the customer service reps have to be better trained and look at the screensbots that users attach and not respond with generic answers if they donāt know what they are talking about. To make matters worse, they close the case and send a customer satisfaction survey. What response do you expect on the survey?
