that’s the problem whrn the slots intermittently close it isn’t recording a transaction history

dude … you clearly I have no idea what you’re talking about because even Bovada admitted to me it’s messed up and not to play them till the issue was resolved… Why wouldn’t say on the main page is going to compensate us with the issue if there was no problem with it

It does use practice mode. You just have to logout, click on the game you want, then it’ll give you $1000 to “practice” with
Thank you for this update. But does Bovada truly intend on compensating players? If so, wouldn’t this be a good time to do it? So far, the only issue I have is depositing. All other functions appear to be fine. So why can’t Bovada compensate me now? Bc of the attacks, I missed the French Open men’s tennis tournament. This is a huge ordeal for me. If you look at my profile, tennis is my main sport. I understand Bovada is dealing with a lot at the moment, but I politely ask you- if I can’t make consistent deposits bc of site issues, then wouldn’t it be good idea to compensate me now? I am not sure how Bovada intends on calculating compensation, but I hope it’s comparable to the week of May 20th, when I deposited over $1000 that week, than the website crashed. Ever since, i have only been able to deposit a few times. Not fair! I hope Bovada does the ethical thing and stay true to its word . I have been a very loyal long term customer but I feel like Bovada really doesn’t care about me as a player. That’s just how I feel.
Would be great to get an update since it’s been days since the last one @moderators @Matty_Bovada @James if there isn’t one it’s okay to say just that but I think anything would help

@ moderators if you’re on and look at my question please I was on the chat and for some reason over five years I’ve never had to verify everything I did they didn’t have my pin number I had to verify my mothers maiden name my last deposit in amount this makes no sense to me what is going on why is all my information gone
When/where did they specifically say today?

They haven’t said anything really since the original post and that nothing was coming by Sunday in terms of comp

I wouldn’t count on it, just my opinion. Ok to be hopeful but if they’re truly going to look at the effect on each player and compensate accordingly, then that could take a good while.

Hi, my end seems fine except for depositing. It comes and goes. I try many times to deposit cryptocureny but i still get this msg. Why? I am missing out on so much Tennis parlays. I hope i can get something today. Thanks
I always assume if comp comes it would on a Monday to decrease my cash back on Tuesday lol

I used to get a random cash back every week. Minus 5k last month with nothing, do they still do that perk?
There may be a chance the mods are asking their bosses just as much as we are asking them and getting the same answer we are: nothing
