In the laat 2-3 weeks since this site instability has been happening Iāve been given two āstrikesā for reaching out to CS ātoo many times.ā Keep in mind, my deposits have been an all time high this year. The arrogance from Bovada is baffling. Now they are stringing us along for comp. Along the way of becoming big they have lost the idea that customers are the reason they are in business. I deposited $0 this weekend (1st time in years) and will not be adding another penny till they get back my trust. This has been a disappointment. Nah, I donāt want zingers at anyone but this pathetic company Bovada and the incompetent morons that are running it. They have managed to steal from us all, lie to us, not let us login, kick us out of poker tournaments, kick us out of slot bonus rounds, not let us take out or deposit money at times, and now they have their customers arguing and fighting (me included I know) with each other. Thereās honestly no point in even complaining to them at all because we know they donāt care at all and wonāt take action any sooner on our behalf.
