A few minutes ago I was playing the slot game, Reels & Wheels XL and won the free bonus spins & as the game was switching over to the bonus spins, it logged me out & the login box appeared. Never seen that happen before. And when I logged back in & went to the game, the bonus spins didn’t show up

The biggest FU and slap in the face is the Bovada twitter handing out “free money” for liking and retweeting a tweet while we are all left in the dark about this.

So while the site was “under attack” since May 20th, Bovada had no issue giving out 15 giveaways to people on twitter for liking, retweeting, and following their socials. Makes a lot of sense lmfao

Makes absolutely no sense. “Sorry we are monitoring the site and waiting for it to be free of issues before we start doing what we said we would do”.

On the other hand:

Funny how @moderators seem to act like they are in the dark with no info but as soon as people started talking about the banner being gone on the home page it sure popped back up pretty quick. Sounds like pretty good communication to me. Sure updated that quick

It really makes you wonder the IQ’s of the people that run the site. I think I said this previously, but I imagine their “meeting’s” looking like the president’s cabinet meeting from the movie Idiocracy.

From a few weeks i was having problems with my poker app on my desktop. I went online that same day and saw people commenting on sotes that they were having issues as well. I contacted Bovada and spoke with a chat rep that kept her stand and in every message back to me told me i was wrong, it wasnt their sote having issues, and would make sure to add in “its your internet” to me. Finally, i said this is not how a representative speaks to a customer and continues to tell me im wrong and its on my end when i know it’s not and i told her I’d like to speak to her supervisor. Finally, she put me through to her sup which apologized for her behavior even thougg it wasnt his fault and handled my issue accodingly. In their defense they’ve always worked with me if i had an issue and that was the only rep that i ever had an issue with BUT because this DDOS issue wasnt announced at that time, i still deposited a couple more times and still had disconnecting/ reconnecting issues at times for hours on end, lagging during poker tournaments, and having to close and reopen a slot game due to it disconnecting. I would have never made anymore deposits had i known this issue was occurring due to a DDOS attack. I know my finds are safe but i also know DDOS is flooding that person or site or whatever to make it impossible to use. I was told by another rep a couple of days ago “as of right now my advice would be not to play poker until this issue has been fixed.” That’s not an acceptable answer to give your customers. I love Bovada but they need to compensate myself and all of the customers that play on their site on an every day, every other day, every week basis and this issue should jave been fixed already and compensation should have been handled as well.
