Hey, just as another PSA, there is essentially a block button. You click on the profile picture of the person you are looking to block. When you get to their profile, click on the drop down that is set to NORMAL. Go down to IGNORED. When you choose Ignored, it asks you for a time frame. I’m just using your profile for screenshot purposes since you asked about blocking someone. lol you are absolutely right. I got riled up by Bryan acting the big man for days now, taking people on. But I agree it’s dumb and apologize for my role in it. You won’t see anymore from me.

I’ve been through a few similar crisis situations professionally. Here is the message I’d release. To be clear, I’m not affiliated with Bovada and am literally paying THEM for this advice:

“We at Bovada are as disappointed in these recent DDOS attacks as you are. While we cannot control these attacks, we can control our response. Our communication and customer experience hasn’t been up to our standards, and for that we apologize. We know you have a choice in gambling sites, and we’re dedicated to earning your business every day. We’ve put a token of appreciation in all users’ accounts, and we are committed to being more transparent going forward. Thanks for being a Bovada customer.”

Guys, the moderators have no reason to withhold any information. They’ll update us as soon as they can.

I understand that but for 3 1/2 weeks we all have a deal with this and there was a meeting today and of all the moderators are on right now it would be the assumption that the meeting is over so that must be some update anything is it the same thing that we would just have to wait I can actually give us some detail

I could be wrong, but I’d venture to guess the “Panama calls” are from Bovada CS to check back on the calls placed? Did the ones receiving calls from Panama call bovada at some point? Just curious.
