look no one’s happy about this but my experience with customer service has been the opposite, everyone i talked to has been very helpful, yea can’t tell me much but they do what they can remember who writes their checks. we don’t, so they are just doing there job.
I agree it has nothing to do with the actual reps
imagine having to talk to screaming and rage text customer all day, and have no to be as nice as possible and not being able to do anything for you even if they wanted too and being called an a**hole for something you can’t control
Hey Matty I haven’t got my cash back rewards for the week. Can you update me please? @Matty_Bovada thanks
I don’t think anyone has bro. They told me 5pm EST and then now they are saying 24-48 hours for a response. Ridiculous.
Me and a few others got ours really early today. Before 11am est
Same exact thing happened to me and support didn’t help at all
We need ToysRUs and Millia back. I wonder what they are doing right now lol. Were here all day every day
Getting a support message tonight about the new slots games when we’re all expecting a better update on the site instability/compensation…is a choice. Read the room, Bovada!
What I believe is really frustrating is that Bovada decides to push a new promotion, in the middle of a DDOS attack that is meant to slow down the website while the promotion is trying to increase traffic. It seems that this promotion would be setting up for more and more hurt. Why would you run such a promo during a time of distress? Why not wait to recoup losses like you are making us long term guys wait for compensation? Just seems like s double standard. From a outsiders perspective it appears to be shoving in more trash to an already full can.
This is such a good point. There is literally no reason they couldn’t provide us an update on timing if they made the decision to launch this promotion.

My point being it that it seems like such a short term strategy, and I would like some sort of thinking behind it. From a players perspective it just makes zero sense to acknowledge a DDOS attack and still comfortably go through with a site wide promo and advertise it at the same time while still telling community members that the DDOS attack isn’t 100% solved yet. I don’t see how trying to create casino revenue helps anyone right now. Even if it did increase your bottom dollar, wouldn’t it create a higher likelihood of another DDOS attack when you are so iffy right now?
Sorry if my reply was confusing. Literally no sarcasm. You’re absolutely correct. It just shows how ridiculous this situation is.
Staring out a window 🪟 with there head rested on folded arms , old comments are on there screensaver of milia and toys
At least Milia’s suspension date has a expiration date of June 21st. It looks like they indefinitely banned ToysRus. Just sucks all around tbh. I’ve been playing on Bookmaker the last several days because of everything that’s been happening on Bovada. I keep waiting for things to get better here, but things seem to keep getting worse.
Came here to report Bovada being down for me and saw ToysRus is banned. Oh no…will have to catch up to see what happened =/
Plz bring back toys…bring them both back…stop working in your feelings…
Did you ever get it ?
Lucky you in Texas
